Great place and location

Totally recommended; great location for the price and excellent apartment. Very comfortable, clean and with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Will come back for sure, made a great visit to NY

Property was exactly as pictured. Host was very communicative and helpful. Located in a convenient area that had easy access to subway/transportation.

The apartment was decent. Good for the money, and it was in a good area - walkable to Times Square and other attractions. The only thing was that it was pretty cold and we couldn’t find a thermostat to warm it up. There was a mini fireplace that helped a bit but could have been warmer.

Good, cozy place and good location

This was a pretty awesome place! The location was convenient, very close to Grand Central. The studio itself was cozy, comfortable, and clean. It had everything the listing described. I was in and out of the apartment a lot, but it was easy getting in and out. The furniture was very nice as well. Everything worked great!

Bon séjour mais des améliorations à apporter

Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. Le plancher s'enlève par endroits et la douche est difficile à régler pour la température de l'eau. La vaisselle est limitée. Hôte très arrangeant pour l'horaire de départ.

Posizione ottimale, struttura da migliorare

Monolocale con letto matrimoniale e divano, bagno e cucina, posizione centrale, ottima per raggiungere luoghi dsa visitare. Pulizia e sccondizione dell' appartamento da migliorare.

Great stay

It was great, only problem was the unit number was not in any messages or emails so we had to call Amy at 8:30 pm to get it. Otherwise, it was perfect and we loved the place and the area! Thank you

Excellent location for UN meetings

Studio is spacious, well furnished, clean, comfortable. The location was excellent for UNGA/climate meetings. The place could do with a refurbishment -- the windows, floor and bathroom are old. Overall great location and deal for the price.
