Wonderful property that has a lot of amenities! Pool is well stocked with floaties and toys for kids. Kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals and the property even has fishing rods, a cooler and cart for the beach! Property manager was very responsive to any questions!

I loved my stay at the Pink Pelican. The house was clean, neat, and updated. It's very convenient as it is close to downtown and the beaches, too. The pool was lovely. The fountain there was so peaceful. Herb was very attentive and helpful. Since I have relatives in the area, I will not hesitate to book with him again.

We are local in Fort Myers moved down originally from Ohio over 15 years ago.

With a centralized location in South Fort Myers, the Villas neighborhood is within 20 minutes of Southwest FL Airport so you can start your vacation immediately. Our home is also a quick 25 minute drive to Sanibel Island and fort Myers Beach. The Villas is located right next to Bell Tower Mall with great restaurants and shopping only 2 minutes away.

Our home is a newly renovated vintage 70's home. During the design phase we incorporated Coastal Mid Century Modern design elements with all the modern amenities. We are not afraid to use color in our home. Unlike most modern design we find gray and white pallets rather boring.
