This lovely beach home has 3 bdrms/2 baths, sleeps 4 in an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, full kitchen with dishes/cookware/ glassware/utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc.

If it's RandR you're looking for, then look no further. Our home is comfortable and inviting. Sit by the pool and drink in the sun and bliss or head to one of two beautiful beaches - Barefoot Beach and Ft. Myers Beach. Enjoy fine dining at a host of fine and casual restaurants all within minutes of our home.



Our home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Registered guests only are authorized for use of home and pool. Additional guests, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests in violation of any of the above will be required to vacate premises immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Outstanding Home

Excellent property, pool and whirlpool. Location is perfect for the beach, shopping and dining. Hists Tim & Lis were wonderful communicating with. Well stocked with basic as well as extra provisions.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay! Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. We took walks around the neighborhood everyday. All of us enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool. House was very well stocked with bathroom items, pantry and even beach chairs! Great location to beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return

Perfect home setting for visiting.

Well cared for home with all the amenities needed to enjoy our visit. Having a personal pool and lanai right out the back slider was great. Three bedrooms were great, we only used the main as our granddaughter wanted to sleep at her place but still a great feature. And I love puzzles so completed one, husband into books and closed the night with a movie on our Netflex account.

Lovely stay in Estero FL home

We had a relaxing and wonderful time staying in this Fountain Lakes, Estero FL home. The house is lovely, cheerful & comfortable. We enjoyed the pool & spa. The home owners were communicative and kind. We loved it all!

Home away from home!

What a wonderful place! This house had everything and more. Tim was such a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with. From all the beach essentials to make a day at the beach easy to coming back from long days at the hockey rink and being able to relax in the pool. It was a delightful stay! Plus the neighbors were wonderful and it was a joy talkng to them on my daily runs. Highly recommend!

Throw your toothbrush and swimsuit in a bag and arrive. Everything else is provided

This very clean, comfortable home was fully equipped to satisfy every need. The pool was perfect, directly off the living space. The owners have thought of everything. This home is close to the airport, shopping and restaurants ( Coconut Point )

Sunshine Getaway

Great stay! Everything was so easy. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Check-in and out was simple. Home was well stocked with cooking supplies including a gas grill. Heated and private pool was perfect for our getaway to the sunshine. Perfect house for our family of four.

Exremely clean and great location

We rented the house for a week in November 2019. Our first impression was very positive - the house was extremely clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and we walked the neighborhood almost every day. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Awesome property!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable accommodations, bright and cheery inside, while having complete privacy in the back of the house and pool area. Owners are very easy to work with and communication with them was great. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

My family just completed a stay at this house (7/17/19 - 7/22/19) and it was the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the Fort Myers area.

Perfect for our Family

This home exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. The pool was warm and perfect for our toddler to enjoy every day. We also appreciated the open layout of the kitchen and living room area- great for monitoring playtime while preparing meals. The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool very much. Plenty of room for a family of four. Really appreciated all the little extras like dish and laundry soap left for our use. Loved the master suite that opened onto the pool area.

Quiet, Super Clean, Comfortable!

We stayed at this property during a business trip and it was perfect! We didn't have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub between work and the rain, but would have otherwise. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable and has everything a person needs. I would highly recommend this property.

All in all, the whole experience of the home and amenities of fountain lakes were beautiful. We used the community pool alot. People were very friendly and helpful. Walking everyday was wonderful. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have trundle beds. The master a queen and very comfortable.

Pretty home in nice community, close to outlet mall, shopping, restaurants, and Germain Arena

We had a great time! This was year 3 for our daughter playing in a college scouting hockey event and our first time renting a home. It was wonderful for us to have more space and a comfy bed for our goalie. She was so well rested that she played her very best! The home is spotless clean, in a great, quiet community. We enjoyed the location, many nice restaurants and shopping nearby, close to Germain Arena, and close to the beach. We will try to come back, thanks!

pool home in Estero

Very nice home and comfortable. The pool is nice to look at but cold. The solar heater leaks so is not used. Water temp. most of time 72 degrees. We used the community pool temp 80+ degrees. Nice location. We stayed the month of March. The owner gets back to you quickly if you need them for any questions. The weather was perfect around 80 degrees.
