The host is very responsive and answers any questions in a timely manner. This ADU property was virtually a brand new remodel, comfortable and with easy access in and out. Great location and would definitely stay again.

Great location with downtown Beverly Hills across the neighborhood. 5 Minutes to LACC!Comfortable, clean guest house and a wonderful host. I would recommend this place and definitely would return

Gorgeous one bedroom studio. Safe and secure, fully fenced with a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sun.The only downside was there were so many mosquitos I was bitten from head to toe. I had spray but couldn’t get rid of them. Also there were ants in the bedroom which I would kill each morning.Otherwise had all l needed for my 10 night stay.

Elizabeth and her family are responsive and caring hosts. The location is wonderful for quiet neighborhood walks. **Special note for patients traveling to the area for treatment or surgical care at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. This unit is almost a straight shot directly to the hospital. For our early morning appointments, we made it from the house to the patient drop-off entrance at Cedars in four minutes. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet space and a comfortable bed, plus a great, large walk-in shower, to rest and heal from medical treatment, should you be seeking a place specifically to receive treatment and care at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Whether your stay is for medical purposes, pleasure, or business, it is a wonderful place.

When I booked this place, I did not realize that the location was right at the heart of Beverly Hills. It is very close to Wilshire Blvd, Rodeo Drive and Hollywood blvd. Our host, Elizabeth, was wonderful. Her guest house is exactly how it is shown in the photos. Very Clean and has all the amenities, comfort of home.
Bedroom has a double size bed with comfortable beddings

Dinette with comfortable chairs and some treats on the table

Best location in a gorgeous neighborhood in Beverly Hills! Only 5 mins from Rodeo Drive. I came down to have surgery and stay for a week. It was perfect for my friend and I we did spend most of the time in the flat since I was recovering from surgery, but we did get to venture out the first day and walk and shop. Elizabeth the host was wonderful and checked in on us. We noticed that there wasn’t a coffee maker and so she brought one down for us to use. She also brought her vacuum cleaner down for us to use since I noticed there wasn’t one in the place. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Beverly Hills.
