Happy and Satisfied

Greg is a wonderful Host! easy check in. Great location right next to the beach. only 4-6 mins walk to the major bars and clubs. The unit was very cleaned and we enjoy sitting outside people watch and waving as they passing by. The roof top pool and the view was fantastic. I would def be staying here again in the future.

Great place and exactly as described

The unit and entire building, pool area, etc. was immaculate and very well maintained. Great views from the roof top pool and all the amenities. The unit itself was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Also a great location as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this property!

Best of both worlds

Our stay at V177 was truly the best of both worlds! We spent most days on the rooftop enjoying the sunshine, infinity pool and hot tub but with the beach a short walk away, we also spent a couple of days there. Given its location, we were a short walk to great restaurants, bars and beach clubs and sitting on the front balcony of the condo was A+ people watching. The quieter side patio was ideal for breakfast coffee or a quieter evening cocktail. Greg ensured we had everything we needed and Javier made for an easy check-in/check out process and was a text message away if we needed anything. Overall fantastic experience in the heart of the Romantic Zone!

Lovely, calm retreat in the heart of Puerto Vallarta

I had a wonderful stay in this V177 condo. The apartment is clean, very well stocked with all the kitchen and bath amenities needed. This apartment is unique in having two large patios, one overlooking the common garden area that is hardly ever visited by other guests, so feels like your own private garden. The building is also one of the best maintained and well-run of any I have stayed in PV. In addition, it has the best rooftop pool and lounge area I have experienced, and it was nearly empty during my entire visit. Both the manager and the owner were very accommodating and always available. You can't go wrong with this place.

Excellent Location in Puerto Vallarta!

We loved our vacation in Puerto Vallarta! Especially this lovely condo to come "home" to after a day of adventuring in the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit had everything (and more) that we could need. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and all the best restaurants. I recommend breakfast at Coco's kitchen- the apple pancakes were my favorite. The staff and service were above par. Very accommodating and remembered us, our drink orders, favorite table, etc. We will be back and look forward to staying here again. We love PV!

Great condo Perfect location

We have stayed in this building before but this corner unit is our favorite. Spacious, well-maintained, and TWO balconies: one at the garden level and one overlooking the street (great people watching). The whole building and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner Greg and manager Javier were terrific. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A perfect experience

Perfect Condo

Everything about this condo was perfect! Lets start with checkin process. The property manager Javier was waiting there for us to arrive. He was very nice and showed us everything the unit had. Which was far more than we expected and not missing anything someone would need. Gregory, the property owner thought of everything! Both Javier and Gregory checked on us a couple times during the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Gregory was even in the area while there so we were able to meet him in person. Great guy all around! We enjoyed our conversations about PV! The condo was perfect for us. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Malecon, restaurants and more. Almost forgot. Gregory had a bottle of wine in the refrigerator with a thank you note already there when we arrived. Thank you both for an amazing stay! We hope to stay here again next year. Liz and Gary

Best Stay We've Had

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was seamless and well-communicated in advance. Javier, the property manager, was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the condo and property. He even checked in throughout the week to be sure we were having a good time. Greg, owner, was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Both gave some great food recommendations. Amazing restaurants all within easy walking distance. The area was beautiful, walkable and very safe. The condo was stunning and comfortable. The rooftop deck and pool were absolute heaven. Thank you both for an amazing stay. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this experience and rental. I'd give it higher than 5 stars if that was an option. Above and beyond.

Amazing place to stay

I love this condo and all the reviews I read were true!! . it is a WOW . Location amazing , beautiful condo insides , loved being so clsoe to the street and watching the people , great bed and all the things you need for your stay along wtih a amazing staff at V177 . Greg was great and super helpfull and check in a few times I was very impressed . I have statyed in V177 mnay time but I have found my new home away from home .

Great Experience

The apartment is a beautifully furnished corner one bedroom. Gregory was a very gracious host. The neighborhood is very safe and easily accessible to beach and shopping. The rooftop pool view was nothing less than spectacular. Doorman staff were very helpful.. Highly recommended.

Great location

What a wonderful time we had in PV. The room was clean and had everything we needed. A balcony looked over the street below. Walking distance to most things. Location was excellent. Our host was kind and checked in on us. Overall a A+++ experience.

I’ve been to Puerto Vallarta quite a few times so I know the area where I like to stay. This location is perfect! Just steps away from the main area of the Romantic Zone (restaurants/ shopping/ etc.). 1 block from the beach. Don’t have to climb up any hills. The view from the roof top pool area is beautiful! Little grocery store on next block had everything I needed. The building is newer & very safe. Secure entry gate with a security person always there. The unit actually felt larger than I expected from the pictures. Very high ceilings. Everything was great in the unit but most of all I have to say the rainfall shower is amazing ! Can’t wait to visit PV again soon !

Amazing Amapas!

I don’t usually take the time to leave a review but this condo and the host were above & beyond exceptional. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had a great trip which included finding distilled water for me for my CPAP machine before we arrived and leaving us a bottle of wine to enjoy. He made us feel like family. The condo was very upscale and clean and everything was perfect. Would come back and stay there in a heartbeat.

Amazing Condo and Great Location

From booking to checking in, during stay and check out everything was excellent. Condo had all one could possibly need and more! This place was perfect!

This place checked off all the boxes:.Quiet, comfortable convenient and clean! And the host were wonderful! We really enjoyed staying here. Check in and out was extremely easy. And while you’re in the middle of everything it was still very quiet inside. That roof top pool was amazing and so many nice people up there gave us great advice where to eat. Thanks Gregory and Javier for making our vacation great!

Perfect Vacation

This apartment is the perfect getaway for your trip to Puerto Vallarta. Located in one of the busiest neighborhoods in PV, you have access to bars, restaurants, and the beach, essentially at your doorstep. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better location. The unit itself is beautiful on the inside, with literally every amenity that you could want: Shared pool in the building with views of the ocean, mountains, and city; excellent bedding, towels, couches; a rainfall shower; beach towels and chairs; a fully stocked kitchen; and two patios. Your hosts will be very proactive and responsive, helping you with whatever advice you may need. My fiance and I didn't need much support, but it was clear that Javier and Greg have a lot of experience providing hospitality to their guests!

Everything you need

We were not disappointed in anything here during our stay. The location cannot be beat. The facilities are excellent with a view from the rooftop deck that we will never tire of. Although you are on the 1st floor you are above street level. Can be a bit noisy but the room is in the back and didn’t impact sleeping. Javier and Gregory are there for everything you need. Missing some beer cozies - Gregory will go buy you some;) TP? Will be on your door shortly. Love that there are beach towels and chairs here and other little extras you forgot. You will be sure to enjoy your stay.

Much needed week of pure relaxation

We had the most wonderful week here. The property is kept immaculate . The location was perfect .. we walked everywhere. The rooftop pool was even better than it looked in the pictures . Gregory took the time to personally greet us and ask if we needed anything . Javier was there to let us in and show us everything we needed to know . It was such a relaxing week .. cannot wait to come back!

Great getaway

This is the second time we stayed at the property and the first time in this unit. The location is great and the unit was spacious and as pictured. It had a Comfortable king sized bed and nicely furnished. Check in was easy and they worked around our schedule.

The unit #108 was rented out by the previous owner and the same team is in place to ensure that the 5 star rating is maintained.

The apartment is steps from the beach, cozy and comfortable, close to everything, really an ideal location, hi speed wifi, the air conditioning works great, the terraces are fun to sit on and watch as the PV world goes by. Or you can pick the terrace that looks onto the gardens and the fountain for a little chill out too. But most of all the beach is literally a 1/2 block and there is so much to do within short walks of your location that it makes all the minutes you are there count!
