Step into a warm and inviting open-concept living space bathed in natural light from tall bay-facing windows and elegant French doors. The main level impresses with soaring ceilings, a grand chandelier, and European-inspired décor, featuring intricate moldings, rich tapestries, and refined furnishings that exude timeless elegance. Multiple sofas and plush armchairs offer comfortable gathering spaces—perfect for unwinding, reading, or simply admiring the sweeping views of Sarasota Bay.

The spacious kitchen offers both style and practicality, equipped with everything needed for home-cooked meals. It includes a full-sized oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a complete set of cookware and utensils. A breakfast bar provides a casual spot for morning coffee or light snacks, with easy access to the adjacent dining area.

The formal dining area comfortably seats six guests and is perfect for enjoying meals together while overlooking the bay. The space continues the home’s elegant aesthetic, with tasteful furnishings and soft lighting for memorable dinners.

1. Primary Master Suite (Main Level)
Enjoy comfort and privacy in the main-level master suite featuring a king-sized bed, private access to the terrace, and breathtaking bay views. The room includes a large closet, TV, two nightstands, and a cozy sitting area—a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun.

2. Second Master Suite (Upper Level)
Located upstairs, this elegant suite offers a king-sized bed, a private balcony overlooking the water, TV, desk, and ample closet space. Please note that the suite is open at the top of the stairs and does not have a door.

3. Third Bedroom (Main Level)
This charming bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a closet, designed with classic comfort and simplicity in mind.

All bedding and linens are provided for your convenience.

This home includes three full bathrooms and one half bath, all designed with guest comfort in mind.

Primary Ensuite (Main Level) – Features a soaking tub (jets currently out of order), a walk-in shower with functional jets, dual sinks, and a toilet.

A private boat slip/lift is also available for an additional fee, offering direct access to the water for boating enthusiasts.

Nestled on the south end of Siesta Key, this home offers a quiet and scenic setting while keeping you close to everything:
Turtle Beach: 2-minute drive / 20-minute walk
Siesta Key Village: 10-minute drive
Downtown Sarasota: 20-minute drive
SRQ Airport: 30-minute drive

★Boat Slip:
Available for an additional fee of $700/month, the slip accommodates vessels up to 35' and includes a 10,000-pound lift.
Please contact us in advance to confirm availability. Boat lift fitting is at the tenant’s expense.

★Parking:
2 cars garage and driveway parking.

★Miscellaneous:
Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.
Washer and Dryer in unit.
If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- Long-term renters welcome!
- 1 small dog allowed with $150 pet fee, contact us!
- Use pool/hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
- Residence is located next to water, supervise children at all times.
- No parties and non-smoking.
- AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
