This Gainesville house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The cozy living room with a sofa bed offers superb relaxation after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, guests can enjoy a soothing stay no matter the season. Three bathrooms ensure convenience for all. Enjoy all that Gainesville has to offer when you stay at our place. About 4 minutes drive to the stadium for all your football games or a 30 minute walk. Steps away from University but securely tucked in for a peaceful rest as well.
Also we have ATT fiber with 1 GIG speed for all your streaming work or entertainment.

For your convenience instant booking is allowed but for security reasons any guests with a 3 star rating or less will be charged $1000.00 deposit and will be returned after 7 days of the checkout date and ensuring the property was kept in accordance to the house rules.

This house is very special to our hearts as it housed my children as they attended University of Florida for 3 years so it is simple but comfortable.

This is a quiet but accessible neighborhood as it is foot steps from University Ave. and a 4 minute drive to the stadium or 30 minute walk. It is in the midst of activity but tucked away at the same time for some peace and quiet with plenty of greenery around.
