100 feet of waterfront lining the Intracoastal Waterway make for spectacular sunsets at this West-facing, 2800 sq ft, single-family home. 3 blocks to the east lies the Atlantic Ocean and a mile of private beach access.
House is single story with a King suite situated on the North side and the two guest bedrooms on the South side. Private pool with screen enclosure and private dock. Pool table for your enjoyment as well as full-size washer/dryer. We are a pet-friendly home.
Bedroom 1 - King bed, en suite bath with dual sinks & walk-in shower,
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, private entrance
Bedroom 3 - Two Twin beds, shares bath with BR2
Office - convertible futon sleeps 1/2

We had a wonderful stay at this Vero Beach rental! The home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the lovely nearby beaches and the on-site pool and surrounding patio. Our host, Ken, took the time to greet us and give us a tour. We absolutely loved our visit! Thank you!

Grew up in Rhode Island originally with roots in Idaho & Ohio and more recently Boston & Portsmouth, RI. We are avid sailors, stewards of the environment, and advocates for people with disabilities of all ages and those with special needs.

This area was originally suggested to my dad by friends of his from the Dodgers back in the early 80s when they were conducting spring training in Vero Beach and while dad was working for the LA Rams. Shortly thereafter he & mom bought their first condo across the street from this house & joined The Moorings Club. They would go on to be members of the club for nearly 35 yrs and live in 3 different residences all within this neighborhood.
We have been coming here since the early 90s to visit them often and eventually grew to discover the beauty & uniqueness of South Beach which made owning a home here seem like a no-brainer.

What makes our property unique is its proximity to both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. This allows one to easily enjoy the sun & surf at the beach throughout the day and sunset dinners by the pool in the evening. All without having to get in the car.
