Everything! Easy to work with host. (Thanks Amanda!) Squeaky clean with an open style and every sort of serving and cookware imaginable. From deliciously comfortable beds and couches, a few steps to a clean private beach, friendly neighbors and everything you will need for a family or friend vacation. The location is just a few minutes into to town to enjoy the plethora eateries and shopping. Stayed twice....so far. ;)

I cannot say enough good things about this property AND the host! The house is super comfortable - large living spaces, tons of closets, COMPLETELY stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, bowls, glass storage containers, oil, vinegar and a drawer full of spices. In the fridge was mayo, ketchup, butter and salad dressings. Tons of towels. In the garage are coolers, bikes, helmets, etc along with the washer and dryer.The pool was warm and wonderful and the area is surrounded by a fence and foliage, which made it completely private. The neighbors were quiet - no loud music or conversations.The location is amazing - the beach is just a short walk to the end of the street. The beach is long and deep and was empty of people even during President's Day week and weather in the high 70's. Our host was spectacular - we arrived to find a welcome vase of roses, and a bottle of wine and snacks. She was SUPER responsive to any questions we had. We would DEFINITELY return!!!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The home was incredibly clean and welcoming, stocked with everything we needed for a fun filled family vacation! The location gave us perfect access to the beautiful beach and we were minutes from downtown where we were able to enjoy our favorite restaurants! Amanda was a fabulous host! Communicative and organized and there for any question we had along the way!!

This was my second stay. Lovely house. All easy. Well equipped kitchen was handy for preparing out thanksgiving dishes to take to friends’ house.

The property was perfect for us. Lots of places to sit and talk, work, and dine. Kitchen well equiped. Like the screen house over the pool, grill, lots of towels, just a great space - I already booked my next visit!

This home is amazing! Everything was very organized and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. It is a “bring your clothes, food, and personal items” kind of house. Most everything we needed for our stay was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The house is a very short walk from the beach. We were provided bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, and most items needed for a fun day at the beach or Sebastian Inlet. Sebastian Inlet is a short drive away. The home is close to area shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!!!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a definite highlight — perfect for lounging during the day or enjoying a swim after the beach. Speaking of the beach, the location couldn't have been better — just a short walk away, which made it so convenient to go back and forth with ease. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The home was beautiful, clean, so thoughtfully stocked and in a very peaceful area of town. I could have spent every moment of vacay at the house, but my teens wanted to go on adventures. It was a bit of a drive to some “tourist-y” activities, but if you re goal is to relax, this home is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beachcomber Bungalow. The property was very clean and had plenty of great amenities. We all enjoyed the pool and the bikes. It was a very short walk down a quiet street to the beach, which was beautiful and private. We enjoyed collecting seashells and swimming at the beach. The best was going on late night searches for sea turtles, and we found plenty. Amanda left redlights for us to use that do not interrupt the turtles, which we really appreciated. Overall, the house, property, and location were all excellent.

All The Things

Since we were traveling with kids this time, we wanted to be close to the beach. That way we never had to choose between the beach and the pool, we had both. Beautiful, quiet street with direct access to the beach (which basically felt private) at the end of the street. We walked or rode bikes down every day. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed (plenty of beach towels, everything you would need for the beach, bikes, FULLY stocked kitchen, box fans in a couple of the bedrooms, etc.). This house definitely has had every important detail thought of. Amanda was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We are already planning our next trip back to this house. It truly felt like a home, and we enjoyed every minute!!

Awesome Stay

Everything was wonderful and as described. There were never any more than 4-5 families at the beach as far as we could see both directions. Very beautiful and peaceful location. Pool was awesome and house was amazing. Would definitely come back again

True Rest and Relaxation

Beachcomber Bungalow exceeds any and all expectations of a home away from home. Every little detail has been so thoroughly thought out it makes it a true vacation . Traveling with small children can pose many challenges but this house provides all the needed amenities and then some ! You will never be bored , being just steps away from the beach, along with many shops, restaurants and more. The host is quick to respond to any needs or concerns and goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely perfect!!

Wonderful home in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. A peaceful road, so close to the beach that we could hear the waves from the front porch! Super comfortable beds, couch so comfortable we were looking for the label so we could buy one at home! Nicely decorated, beautifully clean and very well equipped with lots of little extra touches. We enjoyed the bikes for cycling in to town. Also enjoyed the nearby restaurant - Citron - a 5 minute stroll away. All together excellent - we would not hesitate to rent again.

Family vacation 2025

Amazing home! We had a great week! Walks to see the sunrise on the beach every morning, family meals made easy with the fully stocked kitchen. Pool time with the kids on the beautiful patio. This home is the by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. We can’t wait to come back!

This bungalow is just far enough away to be a perfect beach escape. I also LOVE the beach here for more of a locals experience. The floor plan is perfect for cooking and enjoying the pool view. Beachcomber Bungalow Home #3833706 is north A1A just south 10 minutes from the Disney Beach Resort. This home is within a very short walking distance to the beach/ocean and a boutique shopping center with an awesome restaurant called Citron Bistro serving breakfast, lunch & dinners, plus take out.

The house has bikes, beach wagon, kayaks with tow carts, toys, pool floaties, beach towels, and everything you could need for a nice beach vacation. When you are ready to get out of the sun and relax, the entertainment room is perfect to chill in and watch TV after a full day. It is a great home for a romantic escape, or a family adventure. Good place to stay to get involved in the yoga community and create a yoga retreat
