Upon arrival , the house was in need of cleaning along with a few other issues. We immediately contacted the local caretaker and the owners. Together they promptly addressed the issues.

Great family spot

In Vero for our son’s wedding, location was perfect for both getting to the venue at the Kimpton (10 min) and for any other needs in the area 15-20 min. Plenty of room for us all with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Pool area was perfect for grilling and relaxing. Ocean is a really short walk 5min however you need to pay attention to the tides for the best use.

Beach house stay

If you are looking for a place within walking distance to the beach, this is your place. Just feet away from the ocean. The house is spacious with a large garage for parking your vehicle.

Great family vacation spot

We had a lovely family vacation at this beautiful property. The house is very spacious and was perfectly laid out for our family (our 2 young kids and my parents who travelled with us). The house is very well maintained and well equipped and has everything you need (beach equipment, pool/beach toys, well equipped kitchen, lots of extra towels and linens, etc). The safety fence around the pool was great to have with the kids. Easy drive to the local town, grocery stores, etc. The owner as well as the local representative were very helpful with any questions we had. As other reviews note, while the beach is literally a few steps away, it is only accessible during certain times of the day depending on the tides. That would be our only “complaint” but overall we had a fantastic stay.

A week of family and fun

Our family ranged from 15 months to 80, and the house worked great for us. Plenty of space to spread out, enjoy time in the pool, eat together around the table - with plenty of supplies for making meals easily, and take items for a day at the beach. When we were at the home (end of June), it was a week of strong rip currents and rough ocean, so even though the beach access was 100 yards away, there really wasn’t a beach to go to - the waves were crashing against the wall the entire week with no chance of walking on the beach near the property, even at low tide. Not sure how it is at other times, but that was a bit sad - but obviously nothing the owners can control. We did drive south a couple minutes to the public access for two days at the beach. The owners have provided several chairs, toys, beach towels, a wagon, and even some soft sided coolers that made going to the beach very easy. Having the pool available was great for our group and used multiple times each day. There was both a crib (in the master) and a pack and play (that just fits in the guest room closet). It was just the family getaway we needed.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Spotless. Decorated and furnished beautifully. Fully equipped kitchen. Sparkling clean and gorgeous swimming pool. We absolutely loved every minute of our family vacation in this beautiful home!

Great vacation house

This very well kept home provided the perfect spot for a week with our 3 grandchildren and their parents. The home was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location on the Island was very convenient to beaches and shopping. The backyard pool and hot tub proved a highlight. A neighborhood beach was a short walk away, with good access at low tide.The owners had alerted us that a house was being built next door. However, they had constructed a tall barrier that provided good privacy, and overall the construction had no impact on our enjoyment of the week. We hope to stay there again.

Great house house for small children

The house is beautiful with high end appliances. It was so nice having a gate for the pool as our grandchild are all under age 4. The host were very quick to respond to any questions we asked.

Construction Next Door Ruined Our Stay At This Otherwise Beautiful Property

I reserved a two week stay this property over a year in advance. Several days before our arrival, the owners sent us a text notifying us of construction on a new house going up right next door. Too late to cancel and schedule an alternative, we arrived late on a Sunday evening and noted the construction site about 30 feet away from the east side of our property. The next morning at 8am construction began. A concrete form crew was preparing the second floor of the building with wood forms and rebar/mesh in anticipation of pouring. This meant that for the next two weeks, almost every day of our stay at the house, there was the constant noise of gas-powered saws, compressors, generators, pneumatic tools and hammering. Cigarette smoke drifted over and the workers being on the second floor of their building overlooked our sitting area at the house's pool and patio. Constant noise. No privacy. From as early as 7am to as late as 6pm (with some variation in their schedule to keep us on our toes). A foreman told me construction had started months prior to our arrival. This is a tough situation as the property is very nice and in an otherwise quiet neighborhood and very close to the ocean. The owner sympathized and expressed regret at the poor quality of our stay. He said he had no control over the construction - which is true. He offered and provided a partial refund for our troubles. What he should have done is notify us much sooner.

Beautiful house well furnished and equipped kitchen. House floor plans allows privacy with bedroom on each end. Beach is only useable at low tide and with storm not even then. All in all a great spot.

This house is absolutely amazing ! It’s the perfect set up and had everything we needed for our stay! So kid friendly they even had toys for the kids to play with ! Better than advertised!

The house, multiple amenities and proximity to the ocean make this a perfect place to stay and enjoy all that Vero Beach has to offer. The home is well laid out, spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided...beach towels, toys, equipment, kitchen appliances, toys, crib and items for the kids. The owner and property manager were both very responsive. The outdoor living space is beautiful and private with a safety fence option for kids. Perfect amount of space for our whole family. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful house and pool, wonderful getaway!

This house was decorated beautifully, very well-kept, and extremely well-equipped in the kitchen, appliances, washer-drier, etc. The pool is solar-heated, as is the jacuzzi/spa. Patio was perfect for lounging and outdoor dining; the awning was perfect for shade during sunny afternoons. We had various friends visit and all were impressed with the entire setup (including an interior designer!). The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. One “flaw” is the beach — while only a few steps away, the beach is narrow especially at higher tide. But, still very walkable and beautiful if you pay attention to the tide tables. It was not crowded and often felt like our own private beach! Highly recommend!

Beautiful get away

The property was just perfect for our vacation. The house is very well maintained, kitchen is well stocked and its in a nice quite neighborhood. The beautiful pool was just steps outside and the property is exactly as described/shown in photos. The owner was great as he checked in to make sure we were all set. Definitely some place we would stay again.

Serenity, safety, seaside bliss

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Nestled at almost the end of a private road, this home is beautifully decorated and and only steps away from the ocean. The owner is amiable and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!
