That's What Sea Said Party of 14
Location was great, liked the neighborhood, price was good, & house accommodated our large group well but house wasn't very clean upon arrival. We ignored it because we had several kids & a dog but FYI for others. Also, there's several beach chairs/wagon/toys in downstairs room. I specifically emailed about these items because most of our group was flying but was was told they didn't have any of that & was given rental links. The ice maker wasn't working so maintenance notified us when they were coming to repair & did so quickly but one afternoon we returned after an early dinner to find a man standing on top of clothes on the master bed repairing a light we didn't report nor noticed wasn't working. He entered the home while our rescue dog was there, causing her to pee indoors, let himself into the master bedroom & neither he nor customer service understood our frustration. There were personal items all over the house. He left glass and wiring on the bed. I immediately called customer service when we arrived & it was explained maintenance may enter whenever they want. We felt very violated after that and it left a negative feeling the rest of the trip so we have no plans to return.
