The refrigerator did not work. After 6 days it was replaced. Some of the main lights on the dock did not work. Most of the window shades were broken. The mattresses need to be replaced.

Thank you for allowing us to host you, Joyce. We're disappointed you didn't enjoy your time more and couldn't find something nice to share about your bayfront experience. We hope you at least had some great catches out on the dock. That said, respectfully, it seems we have some discrepancies on the timeline and details of your stay. You contacted us on Sunday regarding the refrigerator, and once diagnosed, had a brand new refrigerator on Tuesday. To our calculation, that is 2 days and pretty darn quick especially given our island location. While we completely understand the inconvenience, this home does offer a separate deep freeze you were able to put your items in, as well as you shared you had coolers you could use in the meantime. To be transparent, you also contacted us that same Sunday to say the coffee maker wasn't working properly. Our field manager was there in less than 3 hours with a brand new one. As for dock lights not working, we are not aware of any issue, nor was this reported. Perhaps you accidentally turned them off (they are on a photocell). Regarding the mattress, it is less than a year old; however, we do understand desired firmness is subjective. We do appreciate you staying at our home.

No frills place but we were comfortable during our stay! House was clean and the A/C blows cold. We loved the location and fishing off the dock every night or just sitting and watching the birds and dolphins cruising by and enjoying the gorgeous views…especially the sunsets! The hosts were excellent and very responsive whenever contacted which is very much appreciated. House is nothing fancy and could use some updates but the location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend! We hope to come back in the future.

Great location! Fishing is great right on the main bay with pier. That is what we came for. The house is not as fancy or finished as others, but if you don’t need that this place was no frills awesome! Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Just sitting on the pier you’ll see dolphins, and sea turtles.

Great fishing and family and pet friendly!

We had a great family fishing weekend. The online agreements and paperwork was awful but the stay was good. It had plenty of kayaks and an awesome dock. It actually had more stuff than listed in the paperwork.

Absolutely just love staying at the sea trout in treasure island.... love the fishing day and night just walk right out on the pier beautiful sun rises and sunsets....this house has everything you need to cook with for breakfast lunch and dinner...rooms are completely comfy not to mention the AC works great also love the great little picnic are with the barbecue pit for barbecuing this is our third year staying here love it!!!

Great Family Stay

Our family loved staying at this property. The private fishing pier was the highlight of the trip. The family caught many varieties of fish including sharks, flounder, trout, stink ray, and catfish. The property was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for the week. A short drive to beach swimming areas. We had a wonderful time and will be returning again this coming summer.

The Sea Trout over looking a beautiful sunset!!

We love staying at the sea trout!! One of the best places to stay in treasure island!! You can go fishing right in the backyard!! You can also Barbecue and eat in the great picnic area they have set up for you!! You also have a fabulous time looking at the sun rise and sunset set in!! Thank You, The Gomez and Salinas family
