Sleeps 11! This house is right on the beach! Enjoy beautiful ocean views of the sunrise from the expansive decks of this stunning modern 3BR/3BA home at San Luis Pass.
This home has everything you need to make your stay memorable! The well-equipped kitchen features high-end SS appliances and both drip and Keurig coffeemakers. Toaster and blender, along with all the pans, skillets and utensils needed to cook are available, including many of your basic spices.
The dining table seats 8 with an additional 3 seats at the bar. The first floor is open concept with amazing ocean views from the large windows. Living room boasts a 65 in TV with DirecTV streaming, sectional sofa with 3 recliners, futon with king size fold out bed, and 2 armchairs. Also on the first floor is a full bathroom with rain shower head.
Streaming is available as well as wireless internet. 5G service is available here so you can stay connected! Enjoy the board games and lending library.

The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as full-sized laundry. The master is roomy with king size bed, chairs for reading/relaxing, flat screen TV, and access to both upstairs balconies. The en-suite bathroom has 2 sinks, toilet, and tub/shower with rain head. The closet is large and holds the iron and ironing board (as if you really want to iron on vacation!)
The second bedroom holds a queen bed and twin bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and access to the balcony with two chairs.
The bunk room holds 2 standard twin bunks to sleep 4. A rocking chair is also provided in this room.
The second bathroom upstairs is accessed from the hallway and contains 2 sinks, toilet, and tub/shower with rain head.

On the ground floor, cook your favorite burgers on the charcoal grill and eat al fresco at the 2 picnic tables. Walk right out to the beach from the steps of the house.

Treasure Island neighborhood offers boat ramp, lighted fishing pier, and excellent fishing, crabbing, birding and kayak opportunities!

Galveston Island is accessible via the San Luis Pass bridge ($2 cash toll each way) with Moody Gardens and the Pleasure Pier being popular attractions. Nearby Surfside offers excellent dining, and Lake Jackson offers plenty of shopping! Check out Sea Center at Lake Jackson - a free aquarium with Touch pool for the kids. Brazoria Museum of Natural Sciences has an extensive seashell collection. It is free, but an appointment must be scheduled online. The nearby Brazoria Wildlife Refuge is an excellent birding location and stopover for Whooping Cranes. Birders enjoy Quintana Neotropical Bird Sanctuary.

Please note: deliveries are not accepted. Do not have items shipped to the house as they typically go to a lock box. There is no key available for the lockbox.

Please note: The beach in front of the house is for relaxing and collecting shells. For swimming, go two blocks west to the swimming beach. See map in listing photos.

Pet Policy: One small dog permitted for a $200.00 fee. Please note that the community requires a pet to be on a leash at all times, for the protection of the pet and others. When the pet is in the house unattended, we require the dog to be in a crate. This protects the dog and also protects my home from damage. Thank you for your cooperation in this. Contact host if you have more than one dog. Additional fees will apply if accepted.

Note: Two security cameras are mounted outside: one on the underside of the first floor and the second on the second level balcony. These cameras are strictly to monitor the outside areas around the house for security purposes. There are no cameras of any kind inside the house.
