この3ベッドルーム、2バスルームの家は、フロリダで最も美しく手付かずのバリア島の1つにあります。家には、ほとんどの設備とすべての近代的な便利さが完全にストックされています。ほとんどの時間はビーチで過ごしますが、この家には家族が集まる巨大なリビングとダイニングエリアがあります。外で食事をしたい場合は、大きなスクリーン付きのベランダがあり、階下にはバーや音楽のあるデッキエリアもあります。マスターベッドルームには、キングサイズのベッドとマスターバスがあります。 2番目の部屋にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、3番目の部屋にはツインベッドが2つあります。オープンコンセプトのリビングとダイニングでは、6〜8人のゲストが快適に食事を楽しめます。大人6名用の寝具がありますが、必要に応じて最大2名まで追加のエアマットレスを提供しています。

Our stay at this beach house was simply wonderful! The house is in excellent condition, very clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was absolutely the best – attentive, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed. Thanks to her, our experience was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 5 weeks of fun

Close to the beach. Plenty of room for guests. Fun “garden” area next door where we became great friends with the tortoises. Already booked for next year. Owner is great to communicate with anytime. Quiet island!

Warm getaway

This property and location was exactly what we were looking for! The island is beautiful. People are so friendly! The house was very spacious and comfortable. If not on the beach, we were enjoying the outside areas to relax. The host was very responsive to any questions. We recommend this place!

Perfect for families with teens!

We had a wonderful stay. We were coming down right as a tropical storm was coming through and Maria did a great job communicating with us the entire time. The house was well stocked, clean and full of fun things tondo. We will definitely be back.

A visit with Family

My family and I spent 8 days on the island visiting my brother. This house was conveniently located near him and had a great layout, nice amenities, and spacious. I would definitely rent this again.

Loved the House & the downstairs bar & entertainment area - only issue were bugs in the kitchen - host is aware & having exterminator come in to correct - they also need more white washcloths & hand towels for the bathrooms - only 2 of each - We will stay here next year☀️

Loved it!

Beautiful home with so many perfect updates! The little details like the remote for the lights, an available pack n play, games, and blue tooth made it extra fun to stay at. Our kids had a such a blast!

Fantastic stay

This has been my paradise since i was 8 years old. I was so happy i got to introduce my friends for my 40th bday! My sister was so jealous i got to stay at the house with the adorable nome garden on the side. Clean property, smelled fresh, nice big smart tvs, cool bar area to hang out. too short of a stay definitely needed 5 days. Will definitely 💯 be back and rent this property again.

Beautiful rebuild after hurricane!

Wonderful home that was completely refurbished after the hurricane. Thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs Tiki bar area with large screen TV, ping pong table and ample seating. A plus was the large screened-in lanai.

Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The beach was wonderful and easy to get to. We rented a golf cart from the resort which made it nice to get around the island. We will definitely try to come back and stay here.

Relax in old Florida

The house is clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied with everything one needs. We used the Weber kettle grill extensively, (must bring your own charcoal). The area below the house was inviting. From our perspective, the highlight of the home was the screened in front porch with ceiling fans. It provided a nice place to read a book, enjoy a coffee or drink. The island is very quiet - which is a great change of pace from the normal busy Florida that is on the other side of the ferry. The beach is a short walk away. Walking anywhere on the island is easy as there is little to no traffic to worry about. A small, well kept, community garden next to the property provided information of the plants and animals on the island. An added bonus was the lot behind the house had a pair of gopher tortoises. The host was easy to reach and provided information on the island including golf cart rentals. Overall and excellent relaxing stay.

This island is a real hidden gem!

This property is very well appointed. The owner responds. Almost instantly if you have an issue. There’s a really cute tortoise sanctuary adjacent to the property with lots of information about the life on the island. We found this place kind of by accident, and it’s our new favorite place to vacation! Highly recommend

A great house for the family

We loved staying at this house. Very well equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a comfortable stay. There’s an educational garden right under the house which was my three preschoolers’ paradise. They loved going on the trail and look for tortoises and cactus. It was a great house for adults to enjoy some nice beach time with kids.

Fantastic house for mid-sized group.

The house is recently renovated and very clean. The downstairs has one of the best outdoor spaces I've seen on the island. Game tables, TV, bar, showers, multiple sitting areas and plenty of room to store golf carts for a run to the beach. Next door is a small parcel of conservation lands that has a trail around several gopher tortoise holes and garden gnomes. We had three elementary age kids on our stay who spent all of their time outside for once!!!

8 miles of paradise (no exaggeration). There are not many beaches left in the United States where on any given day you could be on the beach and not see another person for hours. Swim, fish, snorkel, shell, or just simply read your favorite book. The five minute ferry ride transports your vehicle and passengers and it is what makes the island pristine and exclusive. Once you drive off the ferry, simply park your car under the home and relax. Put on your sandals and walk, bike, or ride a golf cart to the beach.
