Ariel Dunes I sits inside the gated Seascape Resort — 300 acres of beach, pools, and dining, all within walking distance.

- Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella NOT included but can be rented at the beach or at the surf shop in the lobby.

- 3 large pools on-site at Ariel Dunes (one zero-entry for little ones, one with a kid-friendly mushroom fountain)
- Some pools are seasonally heated (schedules vary)

## CHECK-IN & ACCESS

- Keyless smart lock entry — no keys to pick up or return
- Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- One parking pass included (additional passes available at the Seascape office).
- Elevator access to the 12th floor.
- We'll send you a detailed digital guidebook with check-in instructions, local tips, and everything you need before your arrival.

## HOUSE RULES

- Must be 25+ years old to book and booker must be staying for the entire length of stay.

- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children). Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Exceeding occupancy may result in cancellation.

- No pets (sorry — HOA requirement).

- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit or on the balcony. Per HOA smoking will result in a cancellation of your stay. A fee may be charged for odor removal and you will be kicked out.

- No parties or events - Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited to protect the home and respect neighbors.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (HOA requirement). Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect neighbors and community rules.

- Security camera on exterior front door only — does not face any interior spaces.

- Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM - Late check-outs without approval may incur additional charges.

- No Unauthorized Visitors. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

Report Damages Immediately
- Please inform us of any damage or issues during your stay so we can address them quickly.

Do Not Re-Arrange Furniture
- Moving furniture can cause damage and is not allowed without prior approval. Exception for opening and closing sleeper sofa.

- Guests must comply with all local ordinances, HOA rules, and terms.
