Heated pool to 80 degrees included mid-Oct through March. This single-story home in San Tan Valley is approx. 12 miles or 30 min from Mesa Gateway airport and approx. 45 miles or 1 hour to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Perfect for up to 8 guests with 3 beds, 3 baths - you’ll have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a modern kitchen that opens to the living and dining areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a private backyard oasis with pool and patio. Perfect for sunny days or starlit evening relaxation

Outside, unwind in your private backyard oasis with a sparkling pool and lounge area—perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun or relaxing under the desert stars.
