All equipment is used at guests' own risk and will remain secured and inaccessible until the waiver has been completed.
✔️ Please note that this property may not be suitable for young children due to the unguarded riverbank and deep water. Adult supervision is strongly recommended near the river.
✔️ This property operates on a septic system. To prevent damage and costly repairs, please ONLY flush toilet paper. Do not dispose of feminine products, floss, food, toys, or any other items in the toilet.
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
✔️ For guests’ convenience, those with early arrivals or late departures can drop off their luggage with host approval before standard check-in time.
✔️ Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds during your stay. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of pets on furniture or beds is found after checkout.

▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply. Please ensure your guest count is accurate, as supplies are provided accordingly. Additional supplies will not be provided for unregistered guests.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2 (responsible dog pet owners only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay ; do not leave food or debris that can attract pests. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ Bikes, kayaks, and any recreational equipment may only be used after all participating guests have signed the Hold Harmless Waiver and placed a copy in the mailbox at the street. Use of all equipment is at guests' own risk.
