Property was fantastic, Volkan was extremely helpful The description does not mention that its a 3rd floor apartment with NO lift and as we are all elderly this was an issue. There was some confusion regarding aprtment numbers when we arrived but that was all quickly resolved.We had a great stay - Thank you Volkan

Fantastic location! You live outside the tourist area, while it is still only one metro stop to main attractions (Hagia Sofia etc). One minute walk from local turkish bath, which was a memorable experience for the whole family. Calls for prayers from local mosques add to feeling of being in a different part of the world (we are Norwegian). Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, prices lower and quality better than in tourist areas. A couple of small bakeries just a couple of minutes away, where you can get fresh bread in the morning. Apartment is very clean, and in particular we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and look down on the very busy areas below. No issues with traffic noise in bedrooms. The host Volkan was very helpful and friendly.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my family, who stayed at the apartment, and they were extremely happy with their stay.The apartment is in a great location. The ferry piers for getting to the other side of Istanbul are very close, and there are also convenient metro and bus connections nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, cozy, and has a beautiful view from the balcony.A special thank you for how exceptionally clean the apartment was! My mom has very high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and she was truly impressed.The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, it has pretty much everything you could imagine: all kinds of utensils, different types of glasses, several coffee makers, and much more. It really feels like a home rather than just a rental apartment.My family also really loved this part of Istanbul. It felt less crowded and touristy, and after spending the day sightseeing in the busy tourist areas, they actually looked forward to coming back to this peaceful neighborhood and the cozy apartment to relax.Volkan is also a wonderful and very responsive host. Whenever we had a question, he usually replied within minutes, which made everything very easy.Overall, I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Everything was great, and my family had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommended!

Juste parfait. Rien à dire. Très heureux d’avoir trouvé ce logement. Volkan est très attentionné. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé.
