Because rental golf carts are prohibited within Destiny by the Sea, this rare amenity provides a unique and convenient way to enjoy the community, access the beach, and travel to nearby attractions.

GUEST ACCESS
As our guest, you'll have full access to all community amenities:
• 1,700 ft of private beach
• Resort-style pool and hot tub
• 24-hour gated security
• Included owner-owned golf cart for convenient transportation throughout Destiny by the Sea
• Access to Destiny by the Sea is through a staffed security gate. Guests will receive a QR code prior to arrival for convenient entry into the community.

PARKING
Parking is available for two vehicles. Do not park sideways in the driveway or block sidewalks. No overnight parking on the street; all vehicles must be moved by 10 p.m. Parking on or between grass areas is not allowed. Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at the security gate. Violations are subject to towing at the guest's expense or a $250 fine.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any pets not registered with the HOA will be subject to a $150 fine by the HOA and a cleaning fee of at least $500 to deodorize the home.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed on the common property or public gathering spaces. This includes the pool area and beach.

HOA RESTRICTIONS
• No motorcycles, scooters, or any 1-, 2-, or 3-wheeled motorized vehicles (such as electric bikes)
• Rental golf carts are not permitted within Destiny by the Sea. Guests may use the included owner-owned golf cart provided with this home.
• No personal beach umbrellas, tents, tarps, or canopies. Guests must use Sun, Sand and Sea for all their beach needs. No other beach rentals are allowed and are subject to a $250 fine.
• No beach toys or bikes can be left in front of the home. They must be stored out of sight of the road or in the garage.
• No weddings are allowed inside Destiny by the Sea.
• Quiet Hours start at 10 p.m. If noise complaints are received by the HOA, guests will be fined $250.
• Amenity wristbands must be worn March through October.
• Use the beach walkover. Parking is not allowed at the beach walkover.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older and be present the entire length of stay.

Please note that resort amenities and services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by resort management or the HOA without prior notice.

Mail and package delivery to the home is not available, as mailbox keys are not provided. Please arrange for deliveries to an alternative address.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Guests are provided with fresh bed linens and beach and bath towels, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes cookware, utensils, and essential appliances. A starter set of supplies is also included, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

For your convenience, the unit includes beach towels, beach equipment, and an owner-owned golf cart for guest use. While we strive to keep all items available, specific equipment and quantities cannot be guaranteed due to normal wear, damage, or replacement schedules.
