Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Shirely, NY! This bright and private one-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay-whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a relaxing visit.

This apartment is approximately 1250sq ft and is situated on the first level of our home with a separate entrance.

Located in a prime area of our town, you'll be surrounded from a plethora of options, including stores, restaurants, highways, and just minutes from hiking trails such as the Carman's river, as well as only being 8 minutes from Smith Point beach!

The Space
This apartment can accommodate 4 guests, aside from the bedroom there is also a queen-sized sofa bed which resides in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you may possibly need during your stay, including:

There is no end to the enjoyment in the beautiful East End of Long Island, we cannot wait for you to book with us and ensure that you have a memorable stay!

You and guests will have access to the entire apartment, backyard, and outside patio. You will also have a designated driveway on the left front of the house which can accommodate up to two cars.

Before we can check you in, please take note of the following requirements:

Acknowledgement of house rules: You must confirm that you have read and understood all house rules, this ensures that PRIVATE ENTRY BEACH RETREAT COZY 1 BEDROOM APT aligns perfectly with your expectations.

Guest Information: Please confirm the total number of guests, including any visitors. let us know the reason for your stay as well as how many vehicles to expect, in order to accommodate parking spaces.

Parking Policy: Visitors must not park in the right driveway, guests are designated to the left driveway and the left driveway only, visitors also must not block either of the driveways.

Pet Policy: Do not bring pets without the host's knowledge, both hosts and cleaners have allergies, which can lead to health issues. Extra cleaning required due to UNAUTHORIZED pets will incur a fee of $75 to ensure a safe environment for future guests as well as hosts and cleaners.

*******HOUSE RULES********
Guest Limit: No large gatherings (more than four people). A fee of $50 will be charged for each unauthorized guest beyond this limit.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Note that another unit in the home is occupied so please be considerate of noise levels

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the home. Violating this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation home without a refund.

Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the home Smoking is permitted outside, A $200 fee will be charged for any lingering smoke sell or damages caused by smoke burns.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. if you need an early or late check-in/out, please inform us in advance; fees may apply for additional cleaning assistance, up to $50.

Cleanup Schedule: Cleaners will begin at 11 AM on the day of check-out. If they must wait beyond this time, an additional fee of $25 for every half hour will be charged

Drug Use: The use of illegal drugs in or around the property is strictly prohibited

Fire Hazards: The burning of candles or incense is not allowed to prevent fire risks

Security Cameras: There are cameras outside the property for safety and security purposes. These cameras are not actively monitored, and tampering with them will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund

Booking Policy: No third-party bookings are permitted. The individual who booked must be present for the duration of the stay and will be held responsible for any damages or issues.

Furniture and Equipment: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture, and do not alter heating systems or TV settings without host permission

Septic System: Do not flush any baby wipes, sanitary items, or makeup wipes as we are on a septic system. Charges up to $500 may apply if these items cause clogs.

Responsibility for Damages: Guests are accountable for any broken, damaged or missing items in the apartment. Additional charges may apply.

Reporting Damages: While we understand accidents happen, please notify the hosts of any damages immediately so that we can manage repairs appropriately.

By Booking with us, you confirm and agree that:
1) You have read and understood the house rules.
2) You are a guest, not a tenant.
3) You will adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in your reservation.

Failure to comply with the designated check-out time may result in being considered trespassing, and you will be required to vacate the property.
