Chloride-free water system! Open-plan space, full-length windows provide the interior natural sunlight, extraordinary views, and illumination, complemented by amazing cross ventilation. Bedrooms provide queen-size beds. For the benefit of preventive security, the unit is equipped with smart locks, outdoor cameras at each entrance, and the building's common areas. Ideal for corp., relocations, Fed programs, or casual family living! Monthly rent is available. Appealing to the walking distance to restaurants & many more! The four of us loved feeling, hearing, seeing, and experiencing the ocean at this beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-appointed condominium on Ocean Park beach. We appreciated the many fun businesses, restaurants and cafes within walking distance on Calle Loiza. It was easy to take an uber to explore Old San Juan. The hosts were welcoming, making sure we knew and had everything we might need for our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Live in a beach-city paradise in the best residential area in Condado with one of the largest swimmable and sport-oriented beaches of Ocean Park. Sand awaits right at your doorstep, and every afternoon, Sunsets! The building is conveniently located, with proximity to the island’s most prominent areas, and offers a variety of nightlife activities. Walking around is very appealing closer to restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets, coffee shops, schools, casinos, bars, stores, banks, hospitals, easy access to the highway, and with a few minute's drive to the airport, the historic Old San Juan, El Distrito Entertainment Convention Center, Condado Lagoon, SJ Juan Bay, the trendy area of Miramar, La Placita de Santurce and the Condado area.

The wonderful sea view, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves flooding the space, made it truly unforgettable! This 1350 SQFT unit, newly furnished, features a generously proportioned master bedroom with its walk-in closet with substantial space and an ensuite bath, and a comfortable second bedroom with an additional shower bath. Quiet environment and peaceful. Only 2 apartments per floor. Comfortable for 4 members; queen-size beds in each bedroom.  The unit is not child-proof. Going downstairs, you will have immediate contact with the sand Ocean Park Beach, one of the largest warm, swimmable, and sport-oriented beaches in San Juan.
