Conveniently located in the heart of Keystone's River Run Village, our beautiful studio condo has everything you need for an exceptional mountain vacation! It’s the perfect mountain retreat for couples, friends, solo-travelers, small families, and any group of up to 4 guests. Plus, you’re only steps away from the gondola!

10-45 min. from Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek ski areas!

*Sleeping*
This studio condo can sleep up to 4 people, with a comfortable queen murphy bed and a full-sized pull-out sofa bed. Both beds have newly upgraded mattresses for the 2025/2026 season.

*Living/Dining Area*
The 4K TV has a huge number of cable channels as well as a Roku box for you to enjoy your favorite streaming services. We also keep board games, puzzles and books at the condo if you're looking for some relaxing activities after a day in the mountains.

*Kitchen*
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to reheat leftovers or cook a full meal! Appliances include - refrigerator w/ freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, and both Keurig (K-cup) and standard coffee makers.

We provide a couple K-cups to get you started, plus an assortment of basic seasonings. Feel free to check with us if you're wondering about a specific thing.

*Check-In/Out*
Check-in: 4:00 pm | Check-out: 10:00 am.
Keycard pickup via lockbox in the main Silver Mill lobby entrance.

*Parking*
Included in your stay is one (1) parking spot in our heated underground garage. If you are bringing more than one vehicle there is paid overnight parking in the River Run Gondola Lot across the street.

*Keystone Shuttle*
Keystone offers a free shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off almost anywhere in Keystone Resort. Shuttles pick up approximately every 15 - 40 minutes, and ride times average about 10 – 20 minutes. The closest bus stop is right outside the main Silver Mill lobby entrance.

Silver Mill is also along the free Summit Stage bus route to other nearby ski resorts like Breckenridge, Arapaho Basin and Copper Mountain!

*Amenities*
Enjoy your own private ski locker on the main level, and take advantage of the 3 Silver Mill hot tubs, shared heated pool/hot tub at Buffalo Lodge, sauna, billiards lounge, and fitness center!

*Other things to note*
Late Check-Out/Early Check-In:
Due to our contract with the cleaner, we're unable to offer late checkouts or guarantee early check-ins.

Check-Out Parking:
Skiing the day of checkout? Move your car across the street by checkout time to the free River Run Gondola lot in the morning (usually full by 10am on weekends/holidays). Please don't keep your car in the garage after checkout time or you'll risk having your vehicle towed.

A/C & Heating:
Like the majority of homes in Summit County, there is no A/C in any River Run Village units, only baseboard heating. However, the common areas of Silver Mill do have A/C, which helps keep the building cooler than many others in Keystone. Feel free to open the windows to let in the cool mountain air and use the two fans in the summer!

Absolutely no ski boots or ski equipment allowed inside the condo per HOA policy. Please note that while the condo can sleep 4, the ski locker located on the main floor will be tight with 4 people worth of equipment. If you need additional locker space and don't want to use your vehicle in the garage, there are paid options in the River Run Village.

Must be 18 years or older to reserve/rent.

Per HOA rules pets are not allowed.

No parties or unregistered guests allowed inside the condo.
