Third year in a row, and another great stay for our intergenerational group. Comfortable house, wonderful shaded porch, fantastic location close to beach, boardwalk, ice cream, and donuts, and the best host.

This place is immaculately clean and in a great location — everything you'd want for a relaxing getaway. What really stands out is how thoughtfully it's stocked: games for downtime, jewelry dishes, dish soap, all the little extras you don't expect but really appreciate. You can tell Pam puts genuine care into every detail. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and this stay only confirmed why we wanted to come back. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be booking again!

We had a great beach trip leading up to the 4th of July. Perfectly located to a life-guarded beach, more than enough space for our family of 5! Host Pam was kind and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely incredible stay as always in Ocean City! Beautiful home in perfect location (close to beach and quiet end of the boardwalk). Big clean rooms, a lovely covered porch for outdoor meals, and open areas for a fun multi-generational trip. This is our third trip to this home and we can’t wait to come back in the future!!

Pam was a wonderful host! Her property was spotless and had little touches that made it feel like home (loved the games)! Couldn’t ask for a better location either. Would definitely stay here again !!

Fantastic stay, again!

We stayed in this lovely house for a second year in a row! The location is perfect - a block and a half from the beach, Aunt Betty's ice cream and the quiet end of the boardwalk. The house is comfortable and clean and the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets you might need. There is a nice roomy shaded porch with a big picnic table for dinners outside. Everything is well maintained and the host is super responsive and helpful. Really a perfect spot for a family beach week.

Great vacation

The property is clean, has all of the basic necessities, and is in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and the property is well maintained. Walking distance to the beach and boards, and right around the corner from Blitz’s, Uncle Bill’s, donuts and ice cream. Great value!

Great place

The place was lovely. Everything was very clean. Pam even had hand towels, hand soap, Toilet paper and paper towels, which are not always provided at other rentals. My favorite part of the house was the porch.

Excellent week at the shore!

We had an excellent time at this property. The house was welcoming, clean, and spacious. The pictures do not do this place justice. The front deck was our favorite. The location was incredible, a one block walk to the beach, ice cream, coffee, donuts, and breakfast. Pam the owner is awesome! She was extremely communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Super Clean and Spacious!

We had a great week. Perfect location, very clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Any questions we had were immediately answered by Pam’s daughter. We’ll be looking forward to renting from Pam again!

Great location and thoughtful amenities!

Owner communication was top notch. House location was perfection. Kitchen contained everything we needed! Seriously we have rented a ton of VRBO’s and this one checked all the boxes… and then some!

Great house

Had a great week in the house. Two young kids, two adults, two grandparents and later an uncle. Plenty of space, very close to beach entrance at boardwalk. Excellent shaded front porch.

We had a nice week. Property is a block from the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. Owner was very responsive to any questions. House is spacious and well kept. Overall very pleased!

We absolutely love this spot! We're close to the beach and boardwalk but still have a quiet location. This is a great place for families and our kids have loved growing up here.
