A newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Downtown Danville. Enjoy the perfect blend of small-town charm and modern comfort just a short walk from Centre College, the hospital, Norton Center for the Arts and Danville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

The space:

Step inside to a warm and inviting home featuring a bright living area, fully stocked kitchen, and cozy bedrooms with comfy beds.

Bedroom 1: King bed, large closet with hangers, luggage rack, TV, and charging stations on each nightstand.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet with hangers, luggage rack, TV, and charging stations on each nightstand.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with new appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and a small dining table for two — perfect for morning coffee or a quick meal.

Laundry: washer and dryer!

Please note: The backyard and back porch are currently undergoing renovations, so access to the back yard is currently limited! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Perfect alternative to a hotel suite for our extended weekend. Clean, well appointed and located close to town, with plenty of privacy. Owners are very responsive.

This is a beautifully appointed 2-Bedroom home very close to the Centre campus. The host was welcoming and communicative, providing clear pre-arrival and check out instructions. The home was well stocked with coffee and snacks, which came in handy for our early morning departures. Highly recommend!

This is an amzaing property and we enjoyed our time there. Location is outstanding. My only critique is that the furniture was not overly comfortable. It was very modern and presented well but the chairs, couch and master bed (king) were not overly comfortable. That said, we would go back. It was not a big enough problem to prevent us from coming again. The host was outstanding and quick to repsond and even allowed us an early entry because our plans brought us to town a bit earlier than check in time. Overall very good.
