Parking:
Only street parking is available. Please plan accordingly.

Laundry & Supplies:
Laundry detergent is not provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (such as toiletries, food, and beverages) after the initial starter supplies are used.

Guest Identification:
In accordance with our hosting policy, we kindly request valid IDs from all guests listed on the reservation.

Check-In:
A secure smart lock code will be provided before your arrival to ensure an easy and contactless check-in process.

Pet Policy:

A pet fee of $125 per pet applies.

A second pet will incur an additional $125 charge.

A photo of your pet and recent vet records are required before arrival.

Dogs are permitted for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

Linens:
Extra linens can be provided if requested prior to arrival. Please note that linens for sofa beds or air mattresses are not included unless the reservation reflects the appropriate occupancy.

Living Room & Amenities:
Only the living room is equipped with a TV. The couch may have recently been replaced with a new one; if you wish to confirm its current setup, please feel free to ask before booking.
