his apartment is as inviting as it is luxurious, also a very new construction building. In addition to a private 2 bedroom room you can have a bite to eat , enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening cocktail at "Dash" (Coming Soon) Resturant attached to the front of building. .Take a walk around the neighborhood and explore the richness of the community. If you care to venture out, you are not far from the regional rail station and Lincoln Drive. You are walking distance to Germantown ave; close to Chestnut Hill University and 15 mins from center city Philadelphia. This means you are close to everything...historic areas; a multitude of eating options, night life in Center City, Old city, South street, Fish town, Manayunk, and the Mainline.
