We couldn’t have been any happier with our choice to stay here. The condo was immaculate and had anything possible that you would need. The attention to detail in every aspect was incredible! The balcony was huge with comfy furniture and amazing ocean views, we enjoyed our time relaxing out there. Our host Angela was the best, very responsive and knowledgeable, if we had any questions she was prompt to answer. We are already thinking about our next trip to Jacksonville Beach and will definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed at this property for several years. It has an excellent view. Access to the beach is quick and easy via a walkway that runs beside the building. It is convenient to stores, restaurants and the downtown area. The indoor parking is a major plus. On the rare occasions when we needed to contact the host, she was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property! Angela has so many extra treats from the nespresso machine to the well stocked spices and coffee! Everything is walking distance however, not the best idea. She even takes extra care to provide things for your stay! I won’t spoil it but she is mindful of the small things! The property 5 stars the area truly around a 3 star. We just door dashed and delivered most all we needed. Took trips out as a group. Much homeless and mentally deranged from the pier close to PV beach down to Jax a little to close for comfort. Homeless people are allowed to sleep at the boardwalk in the public area but can’t get in the property thankfully.

Thank you so much Heather for your wonderful review! It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo and appreciated the little extras! We love providing those thoughtful touches to help guests feel at home. Thank you as well for your comments about the surrounding public beach area. While that's outside of our control, we're glad you felt safe in our secure, gated building. We'd be delighted to welcome you back anytime!

Wow, Oceania 302 did not disappoint! You can’t beat the ocean views from the massive balcony! Watching the sunrise in the morning was amazing. The direct beach access, pool and hot tub made it the perfect setup for remote work while enjoying the view and the beach. The condo is gorgeous, spotless and well-stocked. They thought of everything, from a fully equipped kitchen (and a Nespresso machine with pods!) to beach chairs, beach towels and a handy beach wagon. Plus, the host was very attentive and made sure we felt taken care of.Location is perfect. Check-in and check-out was super easy and we walked to dinner at night. Having a great restaurant right next door for lunch and drinks was a huge bonus. We stay in Jacksonville Beach area often and this is easily the best condo we've found. We already booked a return trip for this fall.

Beautiful property in a great location with a gorgeous view and so many extras! The condo is spotless, comfortable and the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. From the nespresso (with pods!), to the extras for the beach like an umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach toys, all the way to a cart to use to bring in your groceries, Angela has thought of everything for this unit to make for an exceptional stay at the beach. The beds, linens, and furniture are all great quality and super comfortable. Having the covered parking spot makes a huge difference in the Florida sunshine. This fitness room is actually very well equipped and the pool is nice to have for members of our family that prefer to swim in fresh water. Angela has everything super organized with clear instructions. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The host was so easy to communicate and work with. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable with luxury bedding to make you feel at home. It comes with all the amenities you can think of. The kitchen was stocked . From coffee, spices, paper products, cooking utensils, clean pots and pans and decorative plates and glassware. The bathrooms included lots of towels, soaps and lotions . No need to bring your beach items. This condo has beach towels , beach chairs, beach pads, an umbrella and a wagon. The balcony has a 6 person dining table which I loved . You don't see that very often. A great place to eat and watch the sun go down. It also included 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans. We have already booked for next year. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with Jacksonville Beach and the vibrant First Street North area years ago, and we are thrilled to share this beautiful corner of Florida with you. We manage Oceania 302 with passion and attention to detail, ensuring it's always the perfect home base for your coastal escape.

We chose Oceania 302 because of its perfect setting in the vibrant and sought-after First Street North area of Jacksonville Beach. This is the heart of the community and the most desirable area for a true coastal vacation.

This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: unbeatable direct beach access right out your door, combined with an easy, walkable lifestyle. The scene here is lively yet relaxed, where you'll find people enjoying morning jogs on the beach, casual rooftop dining, and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.

What we enjoy most is the sheer convenience and energy. You can park your car in our secure, covered spot and not touch it again until you leave!

We love being steps away from:
Casual Beach Bars and Upscale Dining.
Unique Cafés for your morning coffee run.
The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier, perfect for a stroll or a bit of fishing.
This isn't just a place to stay—it's the perfect home base to experience the best, most walkable part of Jacksonville Beach.

この宿泊施設の特徴

While the location is fantastic, our condo offers features that are rare or unmatched in Jacksonville Beach:
1. Oceanfront Luxury, Inside & Out
The Balcony: We offer one of the largest private oceanfront balconies in the area, perfect for dining, lounging, and entertaining.
Floor-to-Ceiling Views: Experience the Atlantic coastline from the moment you wake up. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area, kitchen, and primary bedroom provide a constant, breathtaking view.
Privacy: The ideal layout places the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, ensuring maximum privacy for multiple couples or families.
2. Exclusive Resort Amenities
Oceania is one of the few communities to offer true resort-style amenities right on the sand, enhancing your stay dramatically:
Year-Round Relaxation: Access to the oceanfront pool, hot tub, and indoor sauna.
Convenience: Assigned, secured covered parking plus ample extra parking—a rarity for beachfront buildings.
Fitness: On-site fitness room for morning workouts overlooking the water.
3. A Destination for Every Season
Beyond the immediate neighborhood, our location is the ideal home base for all of Northeast Florida’s world-class events and natural appeal:
Sporting Events: Minutes from the Players Championship (TPC Sawgrass) and NFL action.
