良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The game room was completely inoperable. You couldn’t plug in the air hockey table, there was a crushed ping pin ball so you could not play, and the pool table was on a slant so the balls slid to one end.To use the kitchen trash you had to lift the dirty lid as the pedal was broken. When I went to wash clothes there were towels and sheets left in the washer. They smelled so I needed to rewash. It took a few times to get the dryer to turn on as the button was finicky. We understand that since dogs are allowed you’d see the occasional hair (we had dogs, our are hypoallergenic non-shedding dogs), but when we arrived there was white dog hair everywhere.For the future, I’d get a better cleaning person so these issues can be addressed.
