Stay in a historic 3-bedroom Front House about a 15–20 minute walk or roughly 5-minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park, the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, and Seneca Niagara Casino.

The home sleeps six with one king and two queen beds. It includes a full kitchen, dining area, central air, Wi-Fi, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and covered front porch. One pet is welcome with a $100 per-stay pet fee.

All three bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs and accessible only by stairs. This is the Front House on a lot with a separate Rear House. Each home has a private entrance and private indoor living areas; the backyard is shared. Free street parking is available across from the house. No guest laundry is available.

The property is in a historic city residential neighborhood close to the Falls. As with many urban neighborhoods, guests may hear normal street or neighborhood activity.

The home location was walking distance to the Falls and the Rainbow bridge which was nice. Neighborhood is a bit loud by car stereos and a party behind the house. Also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts. The home was clean inside. We didn’t use the TV. The beds and linens were clean and the bathroom was as well. Overall, it met all of our needs. The price was a bit steep for what it offered and the quality of the accommodations compared to other VRBO homes. I would stay here again if we needed to.

Communication with the host was clear and timely, including about check in and parking. The space worked well for our family of 4 (2 teens) and was generally clean. There were some uneven/damaged spots on the floor, and several of the (interior) doors did not fully close. It stayed quite a bit warmer upstairs, where all the bedrooms are located, than on the main level, so we kept the A/C set quite cool to keep the bedrooms comfortable. Room-darkening curtains and some fans would be welcome. The location is very convenient, and it was a good fit for what we needed. You can even see the nightly fireworks from the front bedroom window!

The amenities was as advertised. Clean and organized however the pictures on VRBO were definitely AI enhanced. This was disappointing because we were expecting what the pics showed.

It's the best of both worlds - central to the attractions, but peaceful when you want to relax.

It's an ideal, spacious home base for families and groups visiting the Falls.
