The home location was walking distance to the Falls and the Rainbow bridge which was nice. Neighborhood is a bit loud by car stereos and a party behind the house. Also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts. The home was clean inside. We didn’t use the TV. The beds and linens were clean and the bathroom was as well. Overall, it met all of our needs. The price was a bit steep for what it offered and the quality of the accommodations compared to other VRBO homes. I would stay here again if we needed to.

This property is in a down-trodden neighborhood that feels unsafe. Saw open-air drug sale 3 houses away across street (#466). Inside needs a deep clean - surfaces have drink rings, kitchen trash can is gross (flip top), baseboards have YEARS of spills and dust, and curtain hangar bars break apart and fall when opening and closing. The exterior of the house looks very neglected compared to the airbrushed/doctored listing photo. Cracked steps, walkway, hand rails and sagging roof and porch. Wished we had found another place. Very glad our car wasn’t stolen.

The amenities was as advertised. Clean and organized however the pictures on VRBO were definitely AI enhanced. This was disappointing because we were expecting what the pics showed.

We love this neighborhood because it puts you close to everything Niagara Falls is famous for while still feeling like a real, quiet residential street to come home to. You're just a 5-minute drive from the Falls, Niagara Falls State Park, Cave of the Winds, and Maid of the Mist, with restaurants, groceries, and the Seneca Niagara Casino all minutes away. It's the best of both worlds - central to the attractions, but peaceful when you want to relax.

It comfortably sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (including a guest-favorite king bed), with a full kitchen stocked for cooking, fast wifi, and a relaxing front porch. It's an ideal, spacious home base for families and groups visiting the Falls.
