IMPORTANT: Construction work on a residential complex is taking place nearby, unrelated to the property, which may cause noise Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
La Casita, located in Adeje, offers beautiful sea views. This 25 m² apartment is a restored 150-year-old barn, equipped in Nordic style. It features Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Outdoor areas are shared with another holiday home for 2 adults and with the owner, who lives next door, except for an open terrace reserved exclusively for you.
Restaurants, bars, and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away; shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. The nearest beach is 10 minutes by car. South Airport is 30 minutes by car, North Airport is 1 hour away.
Street parking is available. No pets allowed. The host has 3 dogs (golden retriever and labrador) and 1 cat; the dogs roam freely, are quiet, and very friendly. For safety, only adults are allowed, and only registered guests may access the property. The house has stairs and is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
No parties allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking is only allowed outside and only regular cigarettes; no drugs permitted. For safety, do not light candles indoors. The pool is neither private nor heated. Do not feed the dogs. When using the air conditioning, keep windows closed and turn it off when leaving. Do not throw paper in the toilet; use the bin. For stays over 7 days, clean sheets and towels will be provided.
