4 mins walking to Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station, from where you can take metro and go to Shinjuku in 4 mins. Or walking 20 mins you will get Shinjuku too.

Please kindly be advised that please don`t leave the broken luggage in our house as we can`t throw it in the trash car. We have to pay yen$20000 for special cleaning company then they will take out. So if you leave the luggage in our house, we have to charge yen$20000. Please kindly understand. Thank you!!
