プライベートテラスと美しい夕日の景色を望む非常に整った3ベッドルームのアパートメントからバルセロナの街をお楽しみください。 バルセロナの素晴らしい天気は一年中テラスで楽しめます。

アパート

自然光がたくさんある4人のゲストを快適に眠る3ベッドルームのアパートメントです。 テラスへの直接アクセスが可能なダブルベッドルーム1室とシングルベッドルーム2室があります（そのうちの1つに実際に2人の子供を寝かせるベッドがあります）。

リビング＆ダイニングルームにはテラスもあり、とても快適なソファ、ダイニングテーブル、フラットスクリーンテレビを完備しています。

改装されたシャワー（2017年12月）。

設備の整ったモダンなキッチン。

アパートメントの最もユニークな特徴の1つは、日没を見ながらワインを飲み、朝食、ランチディナーを楽しめるテラスです。

What a fantastic place to stay! Location is everything. It was exceptionally hot while we were there so AC would have been nice but it was manageable with fans. The terrace was lovely with its views and the kitchen had everything we needed. Big shower and great water pressure. The hosts were communicative and very friendly. Cabs, metro, and busses right outside your door. Mercado right next to the front door of the building was awesome. Cafes and restaurants all around. Say high to the parrots in the morning!

A nice apartment in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Barcelona. A quick walk to the Fontana metro stop made it an easy to get anywhere. Lovely views from the porch (especially for the fireworks during Sant Joan). They let me drop off my bags when I arrived early in the day before check-in which was super helpful. The elevator was convenient too. Overall - a great Basecamp for a week in Barcelona.

Great apartment - your home away from home and the neighborhood is fantastic. You’re close to the metro station that will take you anywhere in Barcelona. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place if you’re travelling to Barcelona.

We really enjoyed our stay, location is great. Plenty of places to eat and sights within an easy walk and metro is close as well anyway. Hosts communication was great and check in/out was very smooth.

Everything was ok with this property but it is on the 7th floor and it was warm. Also, the smell of food was very strong. One minor note, no shower soap/shampoo. It was expensive for what you got and we would prob look for something else should we come back to Barcelona. The main reason would be the temp and food smells.

Excellent apartment. Great location- close to many restaurants, a grocery store and the train station. The communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment looks as shown in the pictures. We stayed for 4 nights. It was my husband, myself and 2 grow children. We had plenty of space. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The flat was a perfect location to walk to some of the main attractions and the beds were really comfortable. The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect! Close to the metro and great restaurants. It has everything you need. The shower did not work for us but the owner was very kind and offered us a partial refund. It is not due to water pressure as the kitchen and bathroom faucets have full pressure. I would confirm this is repaired prior to booking. Other than the shower it’s a great place to rent.

Central in a good neighborhood

We loved how easy it is to access all transit available in the area. Great cafes, wine stores and Mercados very close by. Host was very good at answering any questions we had. Would stay here again

Nice view in a beautiful neighborhood, very close to the metro and a bus station down the street. The whole unit was cleaned very well and all amenities listed were available and made for a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and appreciated. Thank you!
