We had a great stay! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The host was very communicative, friendly, and always responded quickly whenever we had any questions. The entire experience was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property is good for the fella’s outing. If you have a family, Wife and Daughters not the best. There is no washer and dryer at property but listed on web page as one of the amenities but not true. We only received one set of towels and were asked if we need a fresh set of towels the fourth evening of a five day stay. Make sure to bring you own tissue and paper towels you get only 1 roll of each. The refrigerator is an older model with no ice maker. So make sure to pick up some from Walmart. The WiFi was down for the first 3 days after 3 days of complaining and explaining what was going on. They finally sent a guy to look at it who discovered and saw the same thing I said 3 days prior. Which was very aggravating so finally they send a technician on the 4th day from the local company you fixed it and informed me it had been a problem for weeks. So with no WiFi the tv doesn’t work so there was no family movie night and no WiFi for the wife and kids. Despite the issues for the price point and being pet friendly it served its purpose. Great for game day with the Bro’s but for a family I suggest actually putting in a washer and dryer. Updating the refrigerator to one with an ice maker, and give your guest at least 2 sets of towels if your not going to put in a washer and dryer.
