Pet Policy (Dogs Welcome!)

We are happy to welcome up to one well-behaved dog so they can enjoy Duluth and the North Shore with you.

To keep the home comfortable for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

• A $150 pet fee per stay applies.
• Maximum of one dog allowed.
• Dogs must be house-trained and treated with flea/tick prevention.
• No dogs on furniture or beds. Please bring a dog bed or blanket for your pet.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
• Please clean up after your dog in the yard and neighborhood.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
