Welcome to Sans Souci #602, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental condo in Pensacola Beach, Florida, that sleeps up to seven guests. Nestled on the western side of Pensacola Beach, this gulf-front condo offers complimentary seasonal beach service on a quiet beach, making your stay the perfect balance of serenity and convenience.

Inside Sans Souci #602, the open-concept living space is cozy yet bright, with sunlight spilling through the sliding glass doors that lead to your private Gulf-front balcony—a perfect spot to sip morning coffee or watch the sunset over the water. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, while the nearby dining area and fully equipped kitchen—with stainless steel appliances—are perfect for gathering your family or friends and preparing beach snacks.

The primary suite features a king bed, a TV, a sitting area and sweeping gulf views from its floor-to-ceiling window, plus an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed and gulf views, while the third bedroom offers a queen and twin bed. The second and third bedrooms share a second full bathroom that also has a walk-in shower. All bed and bath linens are included for your convenience, along with WiFi and cable.

Guests of Sans Souci enjoy private beach access, a gulf-front pool with lap lanes and a relaxing hot tub. Apartment was really clean, the rooms were spacious, especially the master room, with a small living room. The beds were very comfy and they included extra pillows. The dining room accommodated my entire family along with the fully stocked kitchen. Planning to come back to this place again.

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the property, which was not accurately disclosed. The complex was under heavy construction, with debris and construction dust everywhere—including around and in the pool, hot tub, and common areas (the pool maintenance guy even commented that he was surprised units were being rented out). We dealt with constant drilling noise all week instead of a relaxing beach environment, along with persistent cigarette and marijuana odors.One elevator was under construction and covered in boards, which felt unsafe. Beach access was frequently blocked by construction crews, forcing us to carry all of our gear and five children through active work areas while crews were power washing and drilling/working directly above us. The grounds were unsafe—our children could not walk barefoot due to nails and construction materials. The assigned parking space was unusable for an SUV due to a sharp angle, forcing us to park outside the complex.The unit itself was underwhelming, with visible water damage and very minimal amenities. Unlike every other stay we’ve had in the panhandle over the past 10 years, the beach and umbrella service was not included without an added fee, which was very disappointing. There were no games, puzzles, or activities in the complex and not nearly enough blankets, leading to uncomfortable sleep.This experience fell far below expectations. We will not return to this unit, this complex, or Pensacola Beach.
