Wonderful place and excellent owner to do business with!

Perfect location. Quiet room even though it’s in town! Lovely condo unt perfect for 2 people. Nice grounds. Will definitely return if we can!!!

Compact studio with everything you need for a great Ptown vacation

The studio is small but has a very nice deck and great access to the beach. Everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella is included. The AC works very well and is whisper quiet. The large dresser was very useful for packing my clothes away. The location is very good with a great breakfast/sandwich shop right outside the front gate of the property and all the shops and eateries on Commercial St are close by. It is a short walk from McMillan Pier if you are catching the ferry. In summary I was extremely happy with the property.

Absolute Paradise !

The pictures in the listing do not do this property enough justice. It is absolute heaven to wake up, and from your bed and anywhere in the apartment, have a ceiling to floor view of the sand, water, and sky. Cross breezes through this bright, airy apartment are great. So peaceful. The complex is adorable and perfectly located. Coffee, breakfast, lunch and dessert is steps away. Debbie is so easy to work with and check in was a breeze. My wife and I have stayed in a lot of places in Ptown and this was by far one of the best. Def will stay again! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Ptown

Nice tiny apartment, perfect for a couple. Beautiful view from the private balcony and super conveniently located.

A view that makes you never want to leave

If this property is available, rent it. You have a private balcony that over looks the harbor. That is worth the price of admission itself. This is a studio condo, but for 2 people it is just right. It has been recently renovated and has everything you need. I almost didn't want to write a review so less people know about it. :) We will definitely be back. Missing the view already. Thank you Deb!!!!!!

All you need for an amazing getaway for 2

Can’t say enough great things about this place. It should be your next rental in cap cod. -view can’t be beat and the private deck made the experince (great for morning coffee, happy hour beverage or dinner) -great location, close to everything but also quiet and couldn’t hear the noise of commercial Street -small, but super well organized and laid out. Really all you need for a relaxing vacation for 2 people or less -well stocked, had all the essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tin foil, salt/pepper and a big thing of hand sanitizer to keep covid safety top of mind.

Amazing!!

Everything about this place was perfect & better than advertised :) View from bed will make you never want to leave!! Little deck made it feel private, but everyone who lived around us was so warm&friendly I didn’t even need the privacy. Super nice stay, if you’re reading this you should book.

Location, Location, Location.Perfect location, beautiful decorated condo, Very Clean. Views from the balcony was priceless Parking lot right next door was perfect. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved it here.

My husband and I were searching for a place to stay that would serve as a much needed deep breath/celebration for my birthday. Everything advertised about this little gem proved to be true and beyond. Small, cozy ,and equipped with everything two people could need. So convenient to the wonderful quiet buzz of Provincetown in the fall, yet you feel miles away from it as soon as you step inside. And then outside...onto your private deck with stunning views that you just have to witness yourself. Very clean and comfortable. Deb was a joy, and Tito who maintains the condo was super sweet with a note and bottle of wine as a warm greeting. Can't wait to go back! Hoping to make this a regular annual visit!!

Wow guys, we couldn't ask for a better review! Thank you! We really hope you do come back. Glad you mentioned Tito- he's a big part of why it works so well. We always encourage you to call us when something goes wrong, but having a local contact like him to rely on is key. There's also the Angels Landing property mgr Warren who can fix just about anything. We are lucky to have a such a great team in place if and when things do go wrong. See you next year!

Perfect location, on the harbor, very small

Provincetown accommodations tend to be "sub-standard" and tiny and I've stayed in dozens of such places. So it was sweet to find this modern condo, two blocks from the wharf (town dead center) and both on the sand and on Commercial Street. Do be aware that this condo is around 250sf I'd guess, so is more like a tiny hotel room with a small kitchen, nice deck, and modern bathroom. Owner Deb was very responsive and friendly.

Charming with Spectacular Views

I’ve been going to Ptown every summer for over 30 years. This place ranks high amongst the many. Outdoor decks provide panoramic ocean views. The condo community feels like it’s straight out of Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City. People are friendly but will leave you alone if you prefer. Loved it! Inspirational. Deb, the owner, is great. Called her about some noise pollution and within five minutes the noise was gone. She is invested in making sure her guests have a nice stay. Will definitley rent again. Many amenities.

We love the beach, especially the beaches of New England in the summer. We started at Moody Beach in Wells Maine, where we share ownership in a similar beachfront studio condo, and decided if we could ever find one like it to buy on our own, we would. As soon as we saw this place, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for!

We love to grab our backpacks jump on the fast ferry from Boston and in 90 minutes, we're in another world. We hope to try our hands at boating, maybe starting by renting one for the week and seeing how it goes. With the pier right around the corner, anything's possible!
