The space
Step into a piece of history with this Dutch Colonial-inspired home, originally built as a fisherman’s cottage. Once bayfront, the cottage is now just a one-minute stroll from the kitchen door to the serene bay waters. Spend your evenings unwinding on the upper rear deck, where breathtaking sunsets paint the sky, or take a leisurely walk to Ocean City's famous eight-mile-long lifeguarded beaches and bustling family-friendly Boardwalk.

Discover the natural beauty of Corson’s Inlet State Park, just minutes away, with its pristine sand dunes, crabbing spots, hiking trails, fishing areas, and kayaking adventures. In the mornings, enjoy a pleasant walk to nearby coffee shops, bakeries, and the charming boutiques along Asbury Avenue.

The Dollhouse Row’s ten charming homes are a sight to behold, and this two-story cottage offers a unique, secluded getaway. Hidden off the beaten path, many locals don’t even know this hidden gem exists.

The front porch, shaded by a majestic Dutch Elm tree, welcomes you into a cozy and tastefully renovated space. Inside, the sunlit shiplap-clad living room flows seamlessly into a warm dining area. A natural gas fireplace offers cozy evenings in the fall and winter, while the mini-split system ensures year-round comfort. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully equipped for your culinary creations. The first floor also features a laundry area, a full bath with a shower, and access to an upcoming outdoor cedar shower for a refreshing seaside rinse.

Charming Bedrooms with Modern Comfort Ascend the carpeted staircase, thoughtfully outfitted with teak handrails reminiscent of a sailboat. At the top, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, divided by a convenient half-bath. The front bedroom’s open layout offers airy privacy, while the rear bedroom features a private door and access to the upper deck, perfect for soaking in the tranquil surroundings. A second mini-split system ensures a restful night’s sleep in any season.

Very beautiful, quaint place to stay. It was mostly surface level clean however I did have to clean a toilet and spot clean some counters when I arrived and bathroom floors could have been cleaner. I believe the sheets were freshly washed and the beds were very comfortable. I would prefer closer walking distance to the beach/boardwalk we ended up still driving every day and you’re not guaranteed a spot out front of the cottage sometimes we had to park a few blocks away which I was not expecting. For the most part, it still was a really nice stay. I can’t say that I would want to stay again though.

A perfect week at the beach

From beginning to end, we had an amazing experience with this property. The location is one house from the boardwalk, which was as advertised. While there were a few end of season issues with the property, the property manager was more than accommodating to help us in getting the problems solved. The space was plenty large enough for 4 adults and 3 children to live comfortably and the amenities were more than sufficient. We are already looking to rent again next year!

Beautiful Tuscan style home

Our family spent a fantastic Block Party weekend in this beautiful house. There were 4 couples. Pros: Great location at north end of boardwalk. Perfect for bike rides and walks. Unit was very clean , and were able to check in at 2pm Well equipped Kitchen , with a Keurig included Beds very comfortable Cons: our only complaint was that the 4th full bath, was actually off the garage , and not in the main part of the house It is really only usable as a bathroom, when you come off the beach , which was not clearly noted The 4th bedroom is only usable for children, as the bed is a single over double bunk, and not comfortable for adults We would love to come back, but need 4 FULL bathrooms, and adult bedrooms

Brothers & Sister Reunion

The home we rented was perfect for four households (six adults only). Great location and great accommodations. We managed to get everything on our bucket list done. The kitchen appliances were new and modern. My only puzzlement was the kitchen utensils. The home could use a griddle (doesn't have to be electric) and some metal utensils, i.e. tongs, long handled fork and spoon for stirring large pots and a long handled silicone spatula. The beds were comfortable and supportive and the bathroom had ample water pressure. Perhaps a plastic "grass" door mat could be used at the outdoor spigot so you don't get your feet muddy after rinsing off any sand. The gas fireplace was just enough to take off the morning chills. Perhaps some of the remotes in the living area could be labeled for easier use. We had a wonderful time catching up on "childhood memories" and loved our stay in this beautiful home.

Great Place, Great Location

Beautiful place and a fantastic location: steps from the boardwalk and beach, but on a quiet cul-de-sac street that was nicely private. Loved the two master bedroom suites. The property manager Maryellen was very responsive and nice to deal with.

We loved our time at this beautiful casa. The view from the deck were spectacular, we spend several nights just kicking back. We loved the inside decor and the gracious space for our two families. Will be back next year for sure.

Location and Beautiful home.

We choose this property because of the effect location. It’s close to the boardwalk and the beach. The place is very well planned out with plenty of room and comfort. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with and responded promptly. I highly recommend not only this property but also staying in OC. It’s a great family town. Do t forget to have breakfast at Uncle Bills pancake house. Enjoy!

Maryellen is a super star..very helpful and professional. Most everything was great with the exception of the grill which was very dirty and unusable. Towel rental towels were very thin. Loved having 2 washers and dryers along with the beach and boardwalk right outside!!
