If you are looking for a ski in/ski out condo with no resort fees and free parking in downtown Breck, look no further. Located at the base of Peak 9, ski in for a lunch or hot cocoa breaks. Walk to Breckenridge historic Main Street with all the cool shops and exciting restaurants. Access to a seasonal pool across the street and a hot tub in the beautifully updated lobby. The perfect place for a trip to ski or hike, see the enchanting town and relax in the pool and hot tubs. This condo is fire!!!

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

The condo is located on the 1st floor in a hotel-type building. It's ideal for a couple or a couple with kids and sleeps up to 4. We have another 1 bedroom condo listed on the same floor.

Living Room. Nice and comfy living room with a wall-mounted tv with live channels through xfinity and a cozy gas fireplace. From here, you can access a private balcony. There is a table with two outdoor chairs to sit down and a meal al fresco. Pull out couch for your little ones.

Kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your delicious meals right at the kitchen bar.

Bedroom. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with plush bedding. Dresser for your clothes.

Bathroom. Shower and tub combo. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

Parking. The condo comes with free outdoor parking for one car. An additional vehicle would need to be parked off-site.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

Amenities. The hot tub on site is the perfect place to soak and soothe tired muscles. Additional hot tubs and an indoor pool are available to you at Upper Village Clubhouse across the street. The clubhouse is seasonal, it is open generally from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the regular ski season (closing sometimes in the beginning of April).

Ski in/out. From the ski lockers, walk down to the back door and outside. After a few steps across the bridge, put your skis on and ski to the lift. Ski back to the bridge.
