Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this one‑bedroom condo is perfect for a couple, two friends, or a small family looking for unbeatable walkability and comfort. You're just half a block from Main Street and a quick five‑minute walk to the Peak 9 base area. If you prefer starting your day at the gondola, the free town trolley picks up right on Main Street. Parking for one vehicle is included in the alley or covered garage.
A new memory‑foam king bed and a queen pullout sofa make this space super comfortable for up to four guests. Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, full kitchen with new appliances, ski lockers, and more. Dedicated high‑speed WiFi and a laundry facility at the end of the hallway make this an excellent choice for extended stays or work‑from‑home trips.
StayLTD manages multiple condos in this complex and nearby, so if you're traveling with a larger group or want to upgrade to a bigger unit, we can easily accommodate everyone.
Optional Cancel For Any Reason insurance is available for bookings made 30+ days in advance, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
The main renter must be 25+ and present during the reservation.

10/10 for location!! One block away from Main St, so restaurants and shops are all accessible on foot. Also walking distance to the gondola which is super convenient. The unit was very clean and the host was great at communication.

First off, our host was the most engaged and friendly host that we've ever dealt with. The property was conveniently located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and very clean. Hallways and entrance could be spruced up a bit. The unit was nice and clean. Host was good, but didn’t respond when we had a parking question the night of our last stay. Would’ve added peace of mind to hear from him. The location to downtown and in town hiking was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay.
