When you walk into the Alpine Condo, a welcome gift basket is ready for you: complimentary coffee, tea, and other goodies. We also provide you with nice toiletries, luxury linens, & prompt response time if you need anything!



This mountain-side condo is the closest unit to the Toll House lift with direct access to the Stowe Nordic Center. You will have access to the communal pool from June 6th-September 1st (the pool is not heated).



The Space:

This well-appointed, spacious condo with unique layout provides sleeping arrangements for 8 with two full baths. It features a cozy sunken living room with a convenient gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with built-in dining area and an expansive three-season deck. You also have access to a beautiful communal pool (open June 7!) which is surrounded by the impressive beauty of Mt. Mansfield State Forest.



With direct access to the Stowe Nordic Center and as the closest unit to the Toll House lift, it's JUST STEPS outside your front door to be carried up to the entire Stowe Mountain Resort epic trail system for winter fun. During the non-snow months, also steps away, you will find over 50 miles of beginner, intermediate and advanced single & double track mountain biking terrain linking mild to gnarly trails found in the Cross Country Center-Trapps-Cady Hill system.



You'll find yourself relaxing in the utmost of comfort, with 3 spacious bedrooms all adorned with luxury hotel quality bedding for a perfect night's rest. We provide a welcome basket that includes fresh coffee (beans), tea, sugars, creamers and the condo is fully stocked with premium toiletries for use during your stay.



The first level of the condo features the recently updated kitchen, along with, one queen-sized bedroom. Half a flight downstairs, you will find a full bathroom and bedroom (twin bed with roll out trundle twin bed), as well as, a full-sized futon. On the second level, you will find yourself gathering with friends and family in the tastefully decorated lodge-style living room. Half a flight upstairs you'll find the primary suite, with its lush king-sized bed, beautiful views and ensuite bathroom with full bath.



If you're thirsty after your day's adventure, visit the Alchemist to pick up a 4-pack of infamous Heady Topper, chill out at Idletyme Brewery or enjoy unique hard ciders at Stowe Cider. All are all just down the road! But don't leave town without at least one apres´ session at the Matterhorn!

Access to your professionally cleaned, sanitized home is convenient. Property has on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, noise decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras at each entrance. We follow the Vermont Short-Term Rental Safety and Health Regulations for guest safety.

The Neighborhood:

At 4,395 feet, Stowe's Mt. Mansfield is (literally) the high point of Vermont. This spectacular mountain forms the centerpiece of a region that is legitimately World famous for its outdoor activities, adventures and stunning nature. While Stowe is well-known as the "Winter Sports Capital of the East", Summer is our most popular time to visit! Activities abound, you can find yourself discovering dog-carting, or trying your hand at zip lining. Summer in Stowe is a time to enjoy all that Vermont has to offer....from the awe-inspiring Green Mountain views with its World-famous "Recreation Path," to fine dining and shopping, you are sure to be entertained to your heart's content. The brilliance of Stowe's foliage adds an extra dimension of enjoyment to every outdoor pursuit.



DRIVING TO THE MOUNTAIN:

This condo is ski-in/ski-out (just walk on the little path to the ski trail), if the Tollhouse lift is running. If it is not running, this condo is a 5 minute drive to the main lodge or hop on the shuttle. To drive, follow the condo access road down to VT-108/Mountain Rd, turn left, follow for 1.6 miles. Arrived.



Getting Around:

From 89 take the exit to Stowe/Morrisville. Continue directions to Stowe Mountain Resort. Upon booking we'll provide exact location and directions to this beautiful spot!



Vermont in general has a large percentage of dirt roads and dirt driveways. While we do our best to ensure that the roads and driveways are clear and passable, we cannot guarantee easy access to each property without a proper vehicle that has either AWD or 4WD and is equipped with proper snow tires. Please plan transportation according to the season.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: By booking this property, you are agreeing to:

- The House Rules; AND

- We do not accept cancelations due to Stowe Mountain ticket availability or regional storms. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for requests to cancel that fall outside of our cancellation policy.
