The Space:

From the covered balcony you can watch golfers glide across the green, a gentle backdrop to your coffee ritual. Soft lighting and comfortable seating invite you to unwind after a day at the nearby theme parks, while the quiet rhythm of the resort setting adds a sense of ease. Every detail is arranged so you can settle in and feel right at home.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo offers three bedrooms designed for privacy and rest. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, bedroom 2 a queen bed, and bedroom 3 two full beds. Fresh linens and essentials are provided, giving you everything needed for a restful night.



Living space

A spacious, open living area makes it simple to relax, watch TV, or plan the next day’s adventures. A dedicated workspace with a desk and reliable Wi‑Fi lets you stay connected when needed. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table for shared meals. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a home‑cooked dinner, the kitchen supplies standard cooking amenities and everything you need to enjoy meals together.



Outdoor living & resort facilities

Step onto the covered balcony to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Reunion Golf Course, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening reflection. As a guest, you have access to the shared pool and gym, offering extra ways to relax or stay active without leaving the resort grounds.



Conveniences & access

Inside the unit you’ll find a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays. Self‑check‑in is streamlined with a smart lock, and free on‑premises parking adds everyday convenience. The condo welcomes stays of 28 days or more, making it ideal for extended visits.

Located in Reunion, Kissimmee, the condo sits close to Orlando’s top attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. After a day of excitement, you can return to a calm, light‑filled space that feels like a private retreat while still being part of a vibrant resort community.



Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a small group, this Reunion condo provides a comfortable home base where you can unwind, stay connected, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a golf‑course setting.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
