Beautifully 2-BR Oceanfront Condo with A/C

Royal Kahana end unit condo 920 offers what is needed to make lasting memories in comfort and private. This spacious 2-bedrooms/2-bathrooms (1140 sf) with central-air has stunning ocean views from the 9th floor (ocean views from both bedrooms and living room)! The master bedroom includes King size bed, with private master bath and its own private access to the lanai. The second bedroom has 2 Double (Full size) beds. When you are not watching the sunset and whales breaching between Molokai and Lanai you can appreciate the fabulous remodel of this unit completed in 2021. Everything from the ground up; new floors (Armstrong Rigid Core), paint, light fixtures, and faucets. The new custom kitchen was fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartzite stone countertops, soft closing cabinets with built-in pantry for efficient storage. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled with show stopping tile surrounds and new vanities with matching quartzite countertops.
Royal Kahana resort is on the west side of Maui, nestled between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. It is a premier oceanfront resort right on Kahana Bay. The location is perfect with close proximity to restaurants and shops, only a 10-minute drive to the famous Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay golf course. It is just a short ten-minute drive to the historic whaling town of Lahaina, the many shops, and restaurants at Whalers Village Shopping Center in Kaanapali Beach.

Beautifully modern renovated end unit. Was stocked with plenty of supplies.

Easy check in and out processes. Luan, property owner was very accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay memorable! Great location to beaches and many good restaurants.

Highly recommend it. Super attention to details from the owner.

We stayed here for 4 days. Luan provides everything you need in a nicely appointed unit to make the stay so easy. I've never stayed in another condo where every supply you could think of was already there. The pool is very basic but perfect for soaking up some Hawaiian sun. The beach is narrow and a bit rocky, but great to play in the ocean when you have the urge. The view from the balcony is perfect for eating breakfast and watching the whales. I highly recommend considering this unit. We'll go back on our next trip to Maui.

Great Vacay Spot!

The property was clean, check-in/out were seamless, and we loved the location! We had a wonderful stay and felt very cared for. There were many amenities and lots of space. We so enjoyed the stay!
