With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. There is a huge walk in closet off the main bedroom as well as plenty of storage in each room for your belongings. The master bedroom also offers a private full bathroom, as well as access to the backyard.

Step inside to discover a spacious and stylish interior, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and outdoor seating on the terrace overlooking the lush surroundings. Enjoy ceiling fans throughout for a calming breeze. We happily provide towels and linens (included pool towels), so no need to bring your own! The backyard is fully fenced, providing privacy and security, and features multiple seating options for alfresco dining.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Security Cameras: One looking at the vehicle gate, one looking at the pool, one looking at the back fence in the right column of the house, one looking at the back terrace (left corner), one looking at the corridor on the right (air area conditioned)
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
- Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours in Tamarindo are from 8 pm - 8:00 am
- There are external monitoring cameras in use on the perimeter of the house
- Only occupants allowed in the home are those listed on your rental agreement, no extra guests permitted
