The open-concept kitchen provides ample counter space, cabinetry, and essential equipment for preparing group meals. A spacious living room offers room for games, conversation, and time together.



Please note that the home does not have televisions in observance of the owners’ religious beliefs. Guests may use their personal devices for entertainment if desired.

Loved our stay here. Very quiet and peaceful while still being close to the lake(beautiful view of the lake from the front porch). Great location for visiting Geneva and touring wineries & breweries all up and down the lake.

A peaceful retreat with no distractions and no neighbors. The only visitors you get are the dozens of deer that wander the property at all hours of the day. Far enough to be away from anyone in sight, but close enough to civilization. Rooms are very accommodating in size. Upstairs bathroom is enormous. When we come back to the Finger Lakes, we will book again,

What a lovely property! If you're looking for great views and lots of peace, this is the place. The property is beautifully landscaped and the home is very clean. It contains everything you'd need. FYI, though not listed, there is an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well appointed. There's plenty of seating, too. There is a sizable kitchen with many pots/pans. Please note the A/C is not central, but is taken care of through window units in bedrooms and a portable A/C unit in the living room that cool things nicely. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful Home

Great view of the lake with many windows. We stayed during the winter and were sad to not be able to enjoy the porch and yard. We loved the open kitchen dinning room with a large table was perfect for our group. A few of the group complained of beds not being very comfortable. We did all of our cooking in the home and were glad to find pots, pans, and appliances. The selection of knives and mixing bowls was limited. The large living room with multiple couches was well enjoyed. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful property! We loved having a view of the lake from the front porch swing, the spaciousness of the house, grilling in the back and also having our dog with us! Easy drive to fun sights in the area and wineries. Dumplings up the road were also outstanding! Excellent value, super thankful.

Requests received after 6 PM will be addressed the following day. * Lawn care may occur during your stay.
