My condo is located in west plaza which is about 3 blocks from the Plaza. This is a great time of year to stroll about the plaza and get some shopping in.

Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district and Wesport
5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores.
2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom unit located on the third floor of a quiet building. You can access the unit via three short flights of stairs in the front or just one flight from the back entrance.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a 50-inch TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bedroom features a plush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower (no tub), and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Step out onto your private patio—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Driving is the best way to get around. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
