-Long-term rental only: Minimum stay of 30 days
-1 pet is allowed with $100 per stay
-Maximum occupancy: 6 overnight guests, 12 daytime guests. Gatherings/events exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited
-Parking: Max 2 vehicles; parking placards must be displayed. Only Park in designated areas. Non-compliance may result in a $500 fine.
Quiet hours: 9:00 pm – 8:00 am (strictly enforced)
-Age requirement: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
