Host charged us 100 dollars “cleaning” for smoking outside and cleaning up after ourselves. Made up stories about the neighbors. House is super run down, broken windows and bugs everywhere, back yard was extremely filthy and pool unclean. Added extra charges for money they obviously needed. I had to pay cuz it was on my card. But a complaint and possible refunds needs to happen.

There were a couple of issues needing addressed at first, but the host was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you!

The pool isn't open and cleaned. There is literally dirt and sand and no grass. Broken glass junk cars and junk pile. 3 units in one house. The patio blocks aren't even secured in the ground for the supposed sidewalk. Spent two hours on the phone to get a refund. It should not even be allowed to be listed in VRBO

It’s a house that is divided up into 3 units. No entrance is clear except main. Even after explaining I wouldn’t be there till very late wasn’t told anything about where to go. The pool has no grass around it. Just dirt and mud as well as a junk pile behind it. The door to the unit is a storm door not secure at all. The plumbing is bad the shower dose not drain well also the toilet doesn’t flush half of the time and bubbles while you shower. On the positive side very clean and had a fridge stocked with drinks
