Very clean and spotless room and bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood and no loud noise from the street. Very convenient location for restaurants and local attractions.

The pool isn't open and cleaned. There is literally dirt and sand and no grass. Broken glass junk cars and junk pile. 3 units in one house. The patio blocks aren't even secured in the ground for the supposed sidewalk. Spent two hours on the phone to get a refund. It should not even be allowed to be listed in VRBO

Lamentamos los pequeños inconvenientes presentados al inicio de la estadía,no somos un hotel ni tenemos una sala de estar de una suite,somos un cuarto privado con entrada independiente,muy lindo decorado y con extrema limpieza y seguridad,es una pena que usted haya tenido otra visión y me tenga que ver afectada al respecto, tomamos muy en serio este tipo de comentarios para seguir mejorando nuestros procesos. Nos alegra saber que tu experiencia fue positiva en general .

It’s a house that is divided up into 3 units. No entrance is clear except main. Even after explaining I wouldn’t be there till very late wasn’t told anything about where to go. The pool has no grass around it. Just dirt and mud as well as a junk pile behind it. The door to the unit is a storm door not secure at all. The plumbing is bad the shower dose not drain well also the toilet doesn’t flush half of the time and bubbles while you shower. On the positive side very clean and had a fridge stocked with drinks
