Welcome to your coastal retreat in the hills of Ocean Beach, San Diego, California. Our brand new, private 300 sq. ft.Independent guest suite offers comfort, style and convenience- perfect for couples, solo travelers, or digital nomads.
Enjoy beautiful hillside views and modern amenities just minutes from the sand, Sunset Cliffs, and the laid back charm of downtown Ocean Beach.

Inside You’ll Find:
• Full kitchen with quartzite countertops & brand new stainless steel appliances
• Matte black finishes and a clean, modern design
• Queen-sized wall bed with fresh linens
• Dedicated workspace
• Washer/dryer combo unit inside a walk-in closet
• Smart TV with Netflix & Disney+ included
• Free 2.4 and 5G Wi-Fi
• Airy outdoor patio to relax and unwind
* additional access to a shared patio (with views) in the front yard. We never use it so please enjoy!
•This PRIVATE studio apartment/rental unit is located on the 1st level of our 3 story home with your own private & separate entrance into the unit. Access is through the front gate of the property, then following the pavers to the right/west side of our home. Additionally, my parents & their Shih Tzu occupy the granny flat in the backyard. Feel free to say hi!
🧺 We’ve put a lot of love into curating a generous amenity basket so you can truly pack light and relax. You’ll find all the little essentials that make travel easier — toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss picks, hair ties, bobby pins, safety pins, sewing kit, magnifying mirror, makeup remover, face wash, dry shampoo, hairspray (because mine always gets taken at airport security!), lotion, sunscreen, Q-tips, cotton rounds, mini nail kit, razors, feminine hygiene products, Tide pen, lint rollers, Poo-Pourri, and more.
Everything you might forget — already waiting for you.

Please note: Our family lives upstairs with two friendly Labrador retrievers 🦮. You may hear some muffled sounds or footsteps. We provide a white noise machine and earplugs for your comfort, just in case you hear us.

• The ceiling in the walk-in closet/laundry area is approximately 6’8” high , with a door clearance of 5’10”— guests over that height should watch their heads.
• No A/C…for now (Dyson Heater+Fan at the bedside), another fan in the bathroom. Mini-split AC will be up & running Dec 10, 2025!
• No smoking on the property 🚭
• Please respect quiet hours from 10PM – 7AM
• Self check-in and check-out for your convenience
• Google & Apple Maps will show either a blurred photo or a photo of our house from 2019. Our home has been remodeled since then.
• If you see our backyard, know it will be landscaped soon. Please pardon our dust 🚧
