Heating & Fireplace

Heating: The condo has baseboard and a main furnace heater. Adjust the thermostat as needed. Main thermostat is located in the kitchen. There are also base board thermostats in the master bedroom and upstairs in the loft located between the twin beds.


Fireplace: Turn on the gas fireplace by twisting the timer knob to the right of the fireplace.


Kitchen

Essentials Provided: The kitchen is stocked with basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods, and filters.

Appliances: Dishwasher, stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, Crockpot, and blender are all available. Please wash any used dishes before departure.


Bathrooms

Towels: Fresh towels are provided. Place used towels in the bathroom on check-out day.

Toiletries: We provide complimentary toiletries for your stay.


House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. A $250 fee applies if smoke is detected.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No Parties: This is a peaceful retreat for all guests and neighbors.


Trash Disposal

All guests are responsible for taking their household trash to a designated Village facility.


You may dispose of bagged trash at either of the following locations:

1. Recycle Park (Village Dumpsters)

27 Halo Pines Terrace, Angel Fire, NM

For use by Village residents and guests only.

2. Angel Fire Solid Waste Collection Center

55 Camino Grande, Angel Fire, NM


Important Guidelines:

• Trash must be secured in a garbage bag—loose trash is not allowed.

• Be sure to close and latch the dumpster lid after use to prevent littering.

Check-Out Checklist

Trash: Take household trash to a designated Village facility.

Towels & Linens: Place used towels in the bathroom. Strip used beds and leave sheets at the foot of each bed.

Blinds & Windows: Close all blinds and ensure windows are securely shut and locked.

Lights & Appliances: Turn off all lights, fans, and appliances.

Doors: Door automatically lock but please ensure door is secure and locked prior to leaving.
