Canal Repair Project Notice:
Papakea Resort will undergo a canal repair project from December 17, 2025 through mid-September 2026. Work will take place Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests may experience significant construction noise during these hours. Equipment and materials will be staged along the canal, resulting in limited parking in some areas. Holiday work is not expected.
We appreciate your understanding as the resort completes this necessary improvement project.

Great location, near everything, but without the crowds. Property was clean, AC worked great, no troubles with anything. Worked with the Gather Vacations /Stice Property Team, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was so easy.

This place is truly amazing. Our family just completed a week stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It’s fully equipped and the ac works great. Has amenities that a person who is staying there can use such as the pools, shuffle board and putting areas. We used the grills on 2 different occasions with no waiting since there are many on the property. The view every day was breathtaking. Loved waking up each morning and hearing the sound of the ocean and sitting w cup of coffee taking in the beauty of Maui. The condo has beach chairs and a cooler you can use to picnic at the different beaches. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely return.

We had a great time in this rental. The air conditioning was great, the kitchen was well stocked. The 2nd bedroom worked great for our kids. It was a really comfortable unit and we loved the ground floor. We look forward to coming back!

Great location

Could not ask for a better location. Right on ocean front beautiful sunsets. Property bathrooms are old and need to be updated. Check in was simple and so was check out. Would have been nicer if it had a bar and restaurant. Water got shut off for a few hours one day and they did not even bother to tell the guests.

Papakea Condo vacation

This was a lovely property, we really enjoyed being close to shopping and dining but best of all being right on the ocean. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff at Papakea were super helpful and friendly. Overall a truly lovely Maui vacation!

Breathtaking

We love Papakea and absolutely loved this condo! It was all updated and had the PERFECT view! It was close to the pool and loved that it was on ground level. We had a small issue with an odor, but it was taken care of right away and the communication was great. We will definitely look to stay at this condo again!

It was great, were just feet from the ocean, beautiful view, particularly of the sunset. Papakea is a great location and works well for kids. The unit is nice inside, we have stayed in some that are dated/worn but L106 was not that way. Tons of towels, and table and chairs on the lanai, sat out there for hours. We had contact from management group, but we had no issues so never needed to have their involvement once we were there.

Amazing!! All around

We had a fantastic week at this condo! We did have a leak in the guest bathroom it the management company was on top of it and very helpful. We loved the views and the stay. It was quite and peaceful! We were lucky to see turtles and a seal right outside the condo! The condo was stocked with sand toys and chairs! It is also close to many eateries and stores! Can’t wait to book again!!

Stay on maui

Property was not clean. Sheets on Murphy bed hadn’t been changed and actually had a urine stain. Entire unit appeared to be clean on surface but was actually very dirty. I have pictures. Master bed was comfy. Won’t stay again.

The lanai is the perfect place for morning coffee while watching whales and the morning waves. And the perfect place to watch incredible sunsets every night. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Condo was clean and well appointed with everything that you'd need. There were seven brand new beach chairs!! Three coolers, of various sizes. Absolutely perfectly appointed. We loved it!!
