Welcome to your Maui Retreat: This ground-floor, oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to eight and is located in the coveted L Building of Papakea Resort in Kaanapali. Step from your private lanai onto a palm-studded lawn just a short stroll from the West Maui shoreline—perfect for sunset viewing, seasonal whale watching, and effortless beach days. With cafés, markets, and adventures just minutes away, Papakea L-106 offers the ideal blend of island relaxation and convenience.

Canal Repair Project Notice:
Papakea Resort will undergo a canal repair project from December 17, 2025 through mid-September 2026. Work will take place Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests may experience significant construction noise during these hours. Equipment and materials will be staged along the canal, resulting in limited parking in some areas. Holiday work is not expected.
We appreciate your understanding as the resort completes this necessary improvement project.

Papakea Condo vacation

This was a lovely property, we really enjoyed being close to shopping and dining but best of all being right on the ocean. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff at Papakea were super helpful and friendly. Overall a truly lovely Maui vacation!

We had a great time in this rental. The air conditioning was great, the kitchen was well stocked. The 2nd bedroom worked great for our kids. It was a really comfortable unit and we loved the ground floor. We look forward to coming back!

Paradise found!

This property is everything we could have hoped for. The condo was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed. The view on the patio was perfect for enjoying the water and sunsets. The bed was super comfy, we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location. Beautiful property. Quiet and comfortable. Great kitchen space for making your own feasts yet close/walkable to the food trucks and a short drive to restaurants for when you want to let yourself be spoiled.

This place is truly amazing. Our family just completed a week stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It’s fully equipped and the ac works great. Has amenities that a person who is staying there can use such as the pools, shuffle board and putting areas. We used the grills on 2 different occasions with no waiting since there are many on the property. The view every day was breathtaking. Loved waking up each morning and hearing the sound of the ocean and sitting w cup of coffee taking in the beauty of Maui. The condo has beach chairs and a cooler you can use to picnic at the different beaches. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely return.
